Abstract

Kantor saat ini mulai memperhatikan kenyamanan ruang bekerja mulai dari memperhatikan layout ruang hingga pemilihan furnitur untuk bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah merancang interior kantor yang dapat beradaptasi dengan kemajuan zaman sehingga dapat merangkul dari kalangan muda dan tua. Kantor Biro Klasisikasi Indonesia saat ini belum memenuhi kebutuhan pekerja secara ruangan dikarenakan kantor saat ini masih terpisah menjadi dua cabang sehingga pekerjaan kurang optimal. Terpisahnya dua cabang ini juga mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja dikarenakan dua cabang yang terpisah membuat koordinasi antar kelompok maupun individu jadi terhambat. Selain itu kantor masih belum memiliki lobi yang memadai untuk menerima tamu sehingga tamu harus menunggu di lantai bawah yang cukup jauh dengan kantor.Dengan permasalahan diatas, penulis menerapkan konsep “Adaptive Workspace” yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja melalui layout ruang, furnitur, serta penerapan logo sebagai pengambaran identitas kantor. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menghasilakan perancangan desain kantor yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja dan identitas kantor. Metode pengumpulan data sebagai penelitian penulis diawali dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan penelitian mengenai kantor. Selain itu, dilakukan uji coba sehingga perancangan kantor penulis sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan kantor Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.
Perancangan desain Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia bertujuan untuk meciptakan ruang yang memadai untuk pekerja beraktivitas pada ruangan. Untuk menciptakan ruangan yang memadai untuk pekerja, maka diperlukan penataan layout furnitur serta furnitur yang dapat menunjang aktivitas pekerja. Selain itu untuk mengurangi tingkat stress pada pekerja ruang kantor didesain dengan menggunakan warna cerah yang diambil dari penerapan logo Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia. Selain itu penerapan motif alami seperti kayu membuat ruang menjadi lebih rileks dan hangat.

Offices nowadays are starting to pay attention to the comfort of the workspace, from considering the layout to the selection of furniture for work. The aim of the research is to design office interiors that can adapt to the progress of the times, thereby accommodating both young and old generations. The Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia office currently does not meet the spatial needs of its workers because the office is still divided into two branches, resulting in suboptimal work conditions. The separation of these two branches also affects worker productivity, as the divided branches hinder coordination between groups and individuals. In addition, the office still lacks an adequate lobby to receive guests, so they have to wait on the lower floor, which is quite far from the office. With the aforementioned issues, the author applies the concept of "Adaptive Workspace" which is expected to enhance worker productivity through space layout, furniture, and the application of the logo as a representation of the office's identity. The purpose of this final project is to produce an office design that can enhance worker productivity and office identity. The data collection methods for the author's research began with observation, interviews, questionnaires, and office research. In addition, trials were conducted to ensure that the author's office design met the needs of the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.
The design of the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia aims to create adequate spaces for workers to carry out their activities. To create adequate spaces for workers, it is necessary to arrange the furniture layout and provide furniture that supports the workers' activities. Additionally, to reduce stress levels among employees, the office space is designed using bright colors derived from the application of the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia logo. In addition, the application of natural motifs such as wood makes the space more relaxed and warm.
