Abstract

Robot penanam benih jagung otomatis dirancang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi penanaman dengan mengatasi kendala metode manual. Menggunakan Wemos ESP32 UNO D1 R32 sebagai pengendali utama, Rotary Encoder untuk deteksi jarak antar lubang tanam, Motor Servo SG90, Motor Servo MG995, dan Motor DC gearbox untuk mekanisme penanaman dan pergerakan, robot ini didukung baterai LiPo 11.1V dan driver motor L298N. Kemampuan robot mencakup penanaman benih pada jarak 100 hingga 170 cm, dengan fokus pada jarak 100 cm. Sistem penjatuhan benih menggunakan Motor Servo memastikan setiap lubang hanya berisi satu biji benih, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan benih. Teknologi kontrol sederhana berbasis on-off diterapkan untuk menjaga akurasi jarak tanam. Hasil pengujian membuktikan keefektifan robot dalam menyelesaikan proses penanaman dengan lebih cepat, tepat, dan hemat tenaga. Desain praktis dan fungsional menjadikan robot ini solusi tepat untuk meningkatkan hasil panen dan kinerja di lahan pertanian jagung.

The automatic corn seed planting robot is designed to improve the productivity and efficiency of planting by overcoming the constraints of manual methods. Using Wemos ESP32 UNO D1 R32 as the main controller, Rotary Encoder for distance detection between planting holes, SG90 Servo Motor, MG995 Servo Motor, and gearbox DC Motor for planting and movement mechanism, the robot is powered by an 11.1V LiPo battery and L298N motor driver. The robot's capabilities include planting seeds at a distance of 100 to 170 cm, with a focus on a distance of 100 cm. The seed dropping system using Servo Motor ensures that each hole contains only one seed, thus increasing the efficiency of seed use. Simple on-off based control technology is applied to maintain the accuracy of planting distance. The test results prove the effectiveness of the robot in completing the planting process faster, precisely, and labor-saving. The practical and functional design makes this robot the right solution to improve crop yields and performance on corn farms.
