Abstract
Jalur koridor merupakan suatu elemen kota yang krusial dalam menunjang aktivitas di perkotaan. Koridor jalan harus memperhatikan keselamatan dan kenyamanan semua pengguna, termasuk penyandang disabilitas agar dapat menghidupkan ruang publik dan memicu interaksi sosial. Konsep Livable Streets adalah pengembangan jalan yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi semua pengguna jalan agar seluruh pengguna jalan merasa aman dan nyaman dari aspek fisik, non fisik, dan sosial. Jalan KH Mas Mansyur merupakan jalan yang berada di Kawasan Wisata Ampel, Surabaya bagian Utara yang memiliki karakter yang cukup unik dan lokasi yang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kawasan koridor Jalan KH Mas Mansyur telah menjadi koridor jalan yang layak baik secara fisik, non fisik maupun sosial dan menjadi koridor yang memiliki identitas atau karakteristik yang berbeda dengan jalan lainnya. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert kepada sejumlah responden. Data akan dianalisis lebih lanjut melalui teknik analisis teoritis, analisis empiris, wawancara Delphi, dan deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kawasan koridor Jalan KH Mas Mansyur memiliki nilai sebesar 73,76% dengan kategori Tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menggambarkan kualitas kawasan koridor Jalan KH Mas Mansyur secara detail dan menjadi referensi bagi pemerintah setempat untuk mengevaluasi dampak pembangunan dan kebijakan yang telah diterapkan pada kawasan koridor Jalan KH Mas Mansyur.

Road corridors are a crucial urban element in supporting urban activities. Road corridors must pay attention to the safety and comfort of all users, including people with disabilities in order to enliven public spaces and trigger social interaction. The Livable Streets concept is the development of roads designed to facilitate all road users so that all road users feel safe and comfortable from physical, non-physical, and social aspects. KH Mas Mansyur Street is a road located in the Ampel Tourism Area, North Surabaya which has a fairly unique character and strategic location. This research aims to determine the level of quality of the KH Mas Mansyur Street corridor area whether it has become a proper road corridor both physically, non-physically and socially and becomes a corridor that has an identity or characteristics that are different from other roads. Data collection methods in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to a number of respondents. The data will be further analyzed through theoretical analysis techniques, empirical analysis, Delphi interviews, and qualitative descriptive. The findings of this study indicate that the quality of the KH Mas Mansyur Street corridor area has a value of 73.76% with a High category. The results of this study are expected to be able to describe the quality of the KH Mas Mansyur Street corridor area in detail and become a reference for the local government to evaluate the impact of development and policies that have been applied to the KH Mas Mansyur Street corridor area.
