Abstract
Kabupaten Grobogan, sebagai salah satu wilayah di Kawasan Kedungsepur, memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan sektor industri sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan pusat industri di wilayah Kendal–Semarang–Demak. Hal ini didukung oleh prospek sektor industri pengolahan di Kabupaten Grobogan yang menunjukkan pertumbuhan sebesar 6,88% dan penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 31.380 orang hingga tahun 2023. Meskipun demikian, potensi ini masih perlu dioptimalkan guna mencapai target pertumbuhan sektor industri sebesar 9,03% dan penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 64.396 orang pada tahun 2025. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, Pemerintah Kabupaten Grobogan berencana mengembangkan Kawasan Industri yang tercantum dalam RTRW Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun 2021–2041. Namun, hingga saat ini lokasi pengembangan tersebut belum ditentukan, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi potensial pengembangan Kawasan Industri di Kabupaten Grobogan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 4 tahap, dimana tahapan pertama untuk menentukan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan lokasi Kawasan Industri dengan metode Analisis Delphi. Tahapan kedua, menentukan bobot dan tingkat kepentingan dari faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan lokasi Kawasan Industri menggunakan Analisis AHP. Tahapan ketiga, menentukan lokasi alterntafi Kawasan Industri dengan menggunakan analisis weighted overlay melalui GIS. Tahapan Keempat, untuk menentukan lokasi potensial pengembangan Kawasan Industri melalui analisis deskriptif dan overlay. Diperoleh 6 faktor dan 21 sub faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan lokasi Kawasan Industri dan diperoleh 1 lokasi potensial dari 5 lokasi alternatif untuk pengembangan Kawasan Industri di Kabupaten Grobogan, yang terletak di Kelurahan Jumo, Kecamatan Kedungjati, dengan luas 168,27 Ha.

Grobogan Regency, as part of the Kedungsepur region, holds significant potential to develop its industrial sector while supporting the growth of industrial hubs in Kendal-Semarang-Demak. The manufacturing sector in Grobogan is considered highly prospective, with a growth rate of 6.88% and employment absorption of 31,380 workers by 2023. However, this potential needs to be further enhanced to meet the targeted industrial growth of 9.03% and employment of 64,396 workers by 2025. In response, the Grobogan Regency Government plans to develop an Industrial Area as outlined in the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) for 2021–2041. Nevertheless, a specific location for the development has not yet been determined. This study aims to identify a potential location for Industrial Area development in Grobogan Regency. The research will be conducted in four stages. The first stage identified influential factors using the Delphi method. The second stage determined the weights and importance levels of each factor through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The third stage involved identifying alternative locations using weighted overlay analysis. The fourth stage finalized the potential location using descriptive and overlay analysis. The study identified six main factors and 21 sub-factors influencing site selection. Among five alternative locations, one potential site was selected, located in Jumo Village, Kedungjati District, covering 168.27 hectares.
