Abstract
Kampung Adat Segunung merupakan sebuah dusun sederhana di kaki Gunung Anjasmoro yang memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya, seperti perkebunan kopi, peternakan sapi, tradisi wiwit kopi, tradisi grebeg suro, dan tradisi permata yang dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Semangat gotong royong serta kepedulian warga terhadap pelestarian budaya dan adat istiadat, menjadi dasar pembentukan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat. Namun, pengembangan desa wisata di Kampung Adat Segunung masih menghadapi tantangan, yakni masyarakat yang masih kurang memaksimalkan sumber daya alamnya secara optimal untuk menjadi daya tarik wisata, belum adanya program pengembangan wisata yang jelas, serta rendahnya tingkat kunjungan wisatawan yang hanya berkisar 40-60 orang saja perbulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan desa wisata di Kampung Adat Segunung dengan pendekatan community based tourism melalui metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix method). Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara sekunder dan primer melalui observasi dan indepth interview dengan tujuh informan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pengembangan, serta IFAS EFAS untuk merumusan strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 10 faktor kekuatan (strengths), 9 faktor kelemahan (weaknesses), 6 faktor peluang (opportunities) dan 7 faktor ancaman (threats) yang terjadi dalam pengembangan desa wisata dengan pendekatan community based tourism di Kampung Adat Segunung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 23 strategi prioritas, yang kemudian diklasifikasikan kedalam tiga kelompok strategi, yakni peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung wisata berbasis kolaborasi masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan kenyamanan, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan bagi wisatawan di Kampung Adat Segunung, optimalisasi pengembangan daya tarik wisata berbasis edukasi, budaya dan kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan kunjungan serta memperkuat Kampung Adat Segunung sebagai desa wisata yang unggul, dan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan melalui sinergi antar lembaga dan kemitraan lintas sektor untuk menciptakan tata kelola wisata di Kampung Adat Segunung yang responsif, kolaboratif, serta didukung dengan regulasi yang jelas dan efektif.

Kampung Adat Segunung is a simple village at the foot of Mount Anjasmoro that has potential for nature and cultural tourism, such as coffee plantations, cattle farms, the tradition of wiwit kopi, the tradition of grebeg suro, and the tradition of permata, which can attract tourists to visit. The spirit of mutual cooperation and the community's concern for the preservation of culture and customs form the basis for the establishment of a community-based tourist village. However, the development of the tourism village in Segunung Traditional Village still faces challenges, including the community's limited ability to maximize its natural resources effectively as tourist attractions, the absence of a clear tourism development program, and the low number of visitors, which averages only 40-60 people per month. This study aims to formulate strategies for developing a tourism village in Kampung Adat Segunung using a community-based tourism approach through qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods). Data collection was conducted through secondary and primary sources via observation and in-depth interviews with seven informants. The research methods used were content analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in development, as well as IFAS EFAS to formulate strategies. The research results revealed 10 strengths, 9 weaknesses, 6 opportunities, and 7 threats in the development of a tourist village using a community-based tourism approach in Kampung Adat Segunung. This study produced 23 priority strategies, which were then classified into three groups of strategies: improving tourism-supporting infrastructure through community collaboration to optimize comfort, accessibility, and safety for tourists in Kampung Adat Segunung; optimizing the development of tourism attractions based on education, culture, and local wisdom to increase visits and strengthen Kampung Adat Segunung as a leading tourism village; and institutional capacity building through inter-institutional synergy and cross-sectoral partnerships to create responsive and collaborative tourism governance in the Segunung Traditional Village, supported by clear and effective regulations.
