Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Inversi Simultan pada data seismic di Lapangan X, Formasi Balikapapan, Cekungan Kutai. Inversi Impedansi Akustik (AI) yaitu metode inversi seismik konvensional yang mana memiliki keterbatasan. Hal ini dikarenakan anomali AI yang rendah karena kehadiran fluida dapat diinterpretasikan sebagai AI rendah akibat litologi, karena AI hanya menggunakan densitas dan kecepatan gelombang P (Vp). Maka dilakukan metode Inversi Simultan dimana bisa mendapatkan parameter fisik batuan, seperti P-impedance, S-impedance, densitas, dan rasio Vp/Vs, secara bersamaan dari data seismik berbasis sudut (angle gather). Metode ini cocok untuk karakterisasi reservoir yang kompleks, seperti identifikasi litologi dan fluida. Data yang digunakan mencakup sumur, checkshot, horizon, dan seismik 3D partial-stack angle gather. Zona target diperoleh berdasarkan interpretasi log sumur, dengan analisis sensitivitas untuk memisahkan litologi dan fluida. Prediksi log shear wave dilakukan menggunakan regresi multiatribut. Inversi simultan menghasilkan model terbaik dengan pre-whitening 2%, iterasi 60, korelasi sumur mencapai 0.737 hingga 0.978, dan error 0.284 hingga 0.361. Hasil menunjukkan impedansi P dan S rendah pada sumur TGF-1013 dan TGF-1042 mengindikasikan zona hidrokarbon, sementara impedansi tinggi pada sumur TGF-0981 dan TGF-1156B menunjukkan cap rock shale. Densitas rendah pada sumur TGF-1013 dan TGF-1042 mendukung indikasi hidrokarbon, sedangkan densitas tinggi pada sumur lainnya menunjukkan zona non-hidrokarbon. Rasio Vp/Vs rendah mengidentifikasi batupasir berisi hidrokarbon. Slicing map menunjukkan persebaran batupasir ke arah utara dengan ketebalan rata-rata 60.7 meter, di lingkungan pengendapan delta dan facies fluvial flood plain, mengonfirmasi potensi hidrokarbon di zona target.

This research was conducted using Simultaneous Inversion analysis on seismic data in Field X, Balikpapan Formation, Kutai Basin. Acoustic Impedance (AI) inversion is a conventional seismic inversion method that has limitations. This is because the low AI anomaly due to the presence of fluid can be interpreted as low AI due to lithology, since AI only uses density and P-wave velocity (Vp). Therefore, the Simultaneous Inversion method is used, which can obtain rock physical parameters, such as P-impedance, S-impedance, density, and Vp/Vs ratio, simultaneously from angle-based seismic data. (angle gather). This method is suitable for characterizing complex reservoirs, such as lithology and fluid identification. The data used includes wells, checkshots, horizons, and 3D partial-stack angle gather seismic data. The target zone is obtained based on well log interpretation, with sensitivity analysis to separate lithology and fluids. The prediction of shear wave logs is performed using multi-attribute regression. Simultaneous inversion produces the best model with 2% pre-whitening, 60 iterations, well correlation reaching 0.963 to 0.933, and an error of 0.284 to 0.361. The results show that low P and S impedance in wells TGF-1013 and TGF-1042 indicate hydrocarbon zones, while high impedance in wells TGF-0981 and TGF-1156B indicates shale cap rock. Low density in wells TGF-1013 and TGF-1042 supports hydrocarbon indications, while high density in other wells indicates non-hydrocarbon zones. Low Vp/Vs ratios identify sandstone containing hydrocarbons. The slicing map shows the distribution of sandstone toward the north with an average thickness of 60.7 meters in a delta deposition environment and fluvial floodplain facies, confirming hydrocarbon potential in the target zone.
