Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan, khususnya di lingkungan kerja berisiko tinggi seperti Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh safety leadership, safety culture, dan technological innovation terhadap sustainability safety performance pada salah satu PLTU di Indonesia yang saat ini sedang menjalankan transformasi PLN 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari karyawan yang ada di bidang operasi produksi, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel eksogen, yaitu safety leadership, safety culture, dan technological innovation, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainability safety performance. Hubungan safety leadership dan sustainability safety performance ketika dimoderasi oleh technological innovation juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hubungan safety culture dan sustainability safety performance ketika dimoderasi oleh technological innovation menunjukkan pengaruh negatif tetapi tetap signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi PLTU untuk membangun komunikasi dua arah yang lebih efektif dengan pekerja, memberikan apresiasi, mensosialisasikan peraturan dengan efektif, melakukan simulasi tanggap darurat secara berkala, mengoptimalkan teknologi yang ada dengan meningkatkan fungsinya agar lebih responsif dan efektif terhadap tantangan keselamatan kerja saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat memberi masukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar memperluas ruang lingkup penelitian pada unit kerja lainnya, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif atau metode campuran untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam serta memperluas model penelitian dengan menambahkan variabel dan indikator baru yang relevan. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini safety performance perusahaan bisa tetap sustainable ditengan tuntutan transformasi

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an important aspect in maintaining the sustainability of company operations, especially in high-risk work environments such as Steam Power Plants. This study aims to analyze the influence of safety leadership, safety culture, and technological innovation on sustainability safety performance at one of the PLTUs in Indonesia that is currently undergoing the PLN 4.0 transformation. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), research data collection was obtained through questionnaires from employees in the production operations and maintenance fields. The results of the study indicate that the three exogenous variables, namely safety leadership, safety culture, and technological innovation, have a positive and significant effect on sustainability safety performance. The relationship between safety leadership and sustainability safety performance when moderated by technological innovation also shows a positive and significant effect. The relationship between safety culture and sustainability safety performance when moderated by technological innovation shows a negative but still significant effect. This research can be used as input for PLTU to build more effective two-way communication with workers, provide appreciation, effectively socialize regulations, conduct regular emergency response simulations, optimize existing technology by improving its function to be more responsive and effective to current occupational safety challenges. The results of this study can also provide input for further research to expand the scope of research to other work units, use a qualitative approach or mixed methods to gain a deeper understanding and expand the research model by adding new relevant variables and indicators. It is hoped that with this research, the company's safety performance can remain sustainable amidst the demands of transformation.
