Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menggali dinamika manajemen pengetahuan, inovasi, dengan konsep tambahan kinerja organisasi di lingkungan sekolah sepak bola (SSB), khususnya di Kota Surabaya. Fokus studi mengarah pada praktik manajerial dengan menelaah informasi baru yang dipaparkan oleh pihak manajemen. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif melalui analisis tematik, yang diawali dengan penyebaran kuisioner tertutup dan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Meskipun tidak diklasifikasikan sebagai mixed-method, prosedur penelitian mengadopsi model sequential explanatory design guna memberikan kedalaman interpretasi data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan untuk manajerial SAK dan MAR memiliki dinamika kondisi yang signifikan. SAK menunjukkan kondisi pengelolaan manajerial yang bersifat reflektif dan adaptif, dengan adanya hambatan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan adanya indikasi ketergantungan pada dukungan eksternal, yang berpengaruh terhadap proses pekembangan tim terutama kesenjangan fasilitas. Sementara MAR lebih bersifat selektif dan kontekstual, serta cenderung bergerak lebih pasif yang dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang institusional dan kendala finansial. Pada pelaksanaan manajemen pengetahuan, SAK mengutamakan kekuatan internal degan kolaborasi aktif keanggotaan. MAR lebih mengandalkan sumber eksternal dalam membangun basis pengetahuannya. Pada pelaksanaan inovasi, SAK teridentifikasi ambigu sebab mengalami hambatan dari adanya ketidakseimbangan jumlah dan struktur pengurus. MAR secara tegas telah memulai inovasi yang lebih jelas, tetapi tetap belum optimal akibat keterbatasan finansial. Konsep tambahan untuk kinerja organisasi pada manajerial SAK tergolong baik dengan capaian atlet profesional yang rutin dan kepelatihan yang menjadi rujukan beberapa tim. Sementara MAR telah menunjukkan kontribusinya secara nasional, tetapi perkembangannya lebih pasif dalam mengorbitkan atlet dan pelatih rujukan. =======================================================================================================================================
This study seeks to explore the dynamics of knowledge management and innovation, with the additional concept of organizational performance within the soccer school (SSB) environment, particularly in Surabaya. The study focuses on managerial practices by examining new information presented by management. The research design uses an exploratory qualitative approach through thematic analysis, which begins with the distribution of closed-ended questionnaires and continues with semi-structured interviews. Although not classified as a mixed-method, the research procedure adopts a sequential explanatory design model to provide in-depth data interpretation. The analysis results indicate that overall, the managerial dynamics of SAK and MAR have significant differences. SAK exhibits a reflective and adaptive managerial management condition, with obstacles in the form of limited human resources and indications of dependence on external support, which impact the team development process, particularly the gap in facilities. Meanwhile, MAR is more selective and contextual, and tends to be more passive, influenced by institutional background and financial constraints. In implementing knowledge management, SAK prioritizes internal strengths with active membership collaboration. MAR relies more on external sources in building its knowledge base. In implementing innovation, SAK is identified as ambiguous due to obstacles arising from an imbalance in the number and structure of administrators. MAR has clearly initiated more visible innovations, but they remain suboptimal due to financial constraints. Additional concepts for organizational performance within SAK management are considered good, with consistent professional athlete achievements and coaching that serves as a reference for several teams. While MAR has demonstrated its contribution nationally, its development has been more passive in developing reference athletes and coaches.
