Abstract

Salah satu modal penting industri kreatif adalah pengetahuan. Transfer pengetahuan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transfer pengetahuan terhadap manajemen perubahan dengan melibatkan variabel teknologi informasi, sistem informasi, dan budaya organisasi. Studi dilakukan di wilayah Jawa, Indonesia, melibatkan salah satu subsektor industri kreatif yaitu aplikasi dan game developer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dalam metode kuantitatif, dilakukan survei dengan 168 karyawan produksi dari lima perusahaan sebagai responden. Untuk mengkonfirmasi dan memahami variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian (teknologi informasi, sistem informasi, budaya organisasi), wawancara dilakukan terhadap lima manajer produksi dari perusahaan aplikasi dan game developer. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Guna memahami pengaruh antar variabel, digunakan aplikasi AMOS dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap transfer pengetahuan. Hasil temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi, sistem informasi, transfer pengetahuan, dan budaya organisasi secara langsung mempengaruhi manajemen perubahan. Namun temuan menarik menyebutkan bahwa transfer pengetahuan hanya memediasi teknologi informasi dalam mencapai manajemen perubahan, dan tidak memediasi sistem informasi. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi praktisi dalam merumuskan kebijakan dalam mengelola manajemen pengetahuan khususnya terkait dengan transfer pengetahuan yang dapat berdampak terhadap manajemen perubahan suatu organisasi.

One of the key assets in the creative industry is knowledge. Knowledge transfer is one way to enhance organizational knowledge. This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge transfer on change management by involving the variables of information technology, information systems, and organizational culture. The study was conducted in the Java region of Indonesia, focusing on one of the creative industry sub-sectors: application and game developers. A quantitative method was employed. In this method, a survey was conducted involving 168 production employees from five companies as respondents. To confirm and gain a deeper understanding of the variables used in the study (information technology, information systems, and organizational culture), interviews were conducted with five production managers from application and game development companies. This study applied a proportional random sampling technique. To analyze the relationships among variables, the AMOS software was used for data processing. The results revealed that information technology and information systems have a direct influence on knowledge transfer. The findings also indicate that information technology, information systems, knowledge transfer, and organizational culture directly affect change management. However, an interesting finding shows that knowledge transfer only mediates the relationship between information technology and change management, but does not mediate the relationship between information systems and change management. These findings can provide insights for practitioners in formulating policies for knowledge management, particularly regarding knowledge transfer that can impact organizational change management.
