Abstract
Pekerjaan Erection Girder pada proyek Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen Paket 1 Seksi 1, tepatnya pada STA 69+943 hingga STA 70+221, dilakukan di atas Selokan Mataram yang merupakan cagar budaya. Kondisi lahan yang sempit dan kontur tanah yang tidak rata menjadi tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Saat ini, metode yang digunakan di lapangan adalah crawler crane, namun metode ini memiliki keterbatasan dari sisi waktu akibat mobilisasi alat yang lambat karena kebutuhan timbunan tambahan, sehingga memunculkan permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan. Sebagai alternatif solusi terhadap keterbatasan tersebut, metode Launcher Gantry ditinjau sebagai pilihan pelaksanaan yang lebih efisien, terutama dalam menghadapi kondisi lahan terbatas dan medan sulit. Metode ini dinilai memiliki keunggulan dari sisi keselamatan, stabilitas operasi, dan kemampuan bekerja tanpa perlu memperlebar area kerja, meskipun dibutuhkan biaya investasi alat yang lebih besar dibandingkan crawler crane. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis komparatif antara metode eksisting Crawler Crane dan alternatif Launcher Gantry. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer berupa hasil survei lapangan dan dokumentasi proyek, serta data sekunder seperti spesifikasi alat, Gambar teknis, dan rencana anggaran biaya. Analisis mencakup perhitungan durasi pekerjaan, biaya pelaksanaan Erection Girder, serta penyusunan penjadwalan menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Project. Hasil analisis pekerjaan Erection Girder metode Crawler Crane membutuhkan waktu pekerjaan 28 hari. Sedangkan dengan metode Launcher Gantry pekerjaan Erection Girder dapat diselesaikann dalam 21 hari. Sehingga memiliki selisih waktu 7 hari. Sedangkan dari sesi biaya biaya untuk pekerjaan Erection Girder metode Crawler Crane membutuhkan biaya Rp. 24.103.003.420 sedangkan untuk pekerjaan Erection Girder metode Launcher Gantry membutuhkan biaya lebih mahal sebesar Rp. 24.862.563.846 sehingga dari perhitungan tersebut mendapatkan selisih biaya Rp. 759.560.427.

The The erection of PCI girders on the Yogyakarta – Bawen Toll Road Project Package 1 Section 1, particularly between STA 69+943 and STA 70+221, is carried out above Selokan Mataram, a preserved cultural heritage site. The limited working space and sloped terrain present significant execution challenges. Currently, the erection is performed using the Crawler Crane method. However, this approach has limitations in terms of time efficiency due to slow equipment mobility and the need for additional earthworks, which can delay the construction process. As an alternative solution to these constraints, the Launcher Gantry method is analyzed for its potential to improve operational efficiency. This method offers advantages in terms of safety, precision, and its ability to operate in confined spaces without requiring large working platforms. Despite higher equipment investment costs, Launcher Gantry is considered a suitable option for complex site conditions. This study adopts a quantitative comparative approach by analyzing the performance of the existing Crawler Crane method against the Launcher Gantry alternative. Data collection includes primary data from field surveys and project documentation, as well as secondary data such as equipment specifications, technical drawings, and cost estimates. The analysis covers work duration based on equipment productivity, cost estimation, and scheduling using Microsoft Project software. The analysis results show that the erection of girders using the Crawler Crane method requires 28 days to complete. In comparison, using the Launcher Gantry method, the erection work can be completed in 21 days, resulting in a time difference of 7 days. In terms of cost, the erection work using the Crawler Crane method requires a total cost of IDR 24.103.003.420, whereas the Launcher Gantry method incurs a higher cost of IDR 24.862.563.846. Therefore, the cost difference between the two methods amounts to IDR 759,560,427.
