Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Rentang kiri berada di kabupaten Indramayu Jawa Barat dengan luas baku sawah 36.545 Ha. Sumber air irigasi Rentang Kiri ini berasal dari dari intake kiri atau disebut Saluran Cipelang yang bersumber dari Sungai Cimanuk. Pola tata tanam eksisting yang terdapat pada Daerah Irigasi Rentang Kiri ini Padi-Padi-Bero. Namun, terbatasnya jumlah air pada saat musim kemarau, kebutuhan air irigasi yang tinggi, intensitas tanam 127% dan pola tata tanam yang tidak maksimal diperlukannya optimasi intensitas tanaman yang optimal.
Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan intensitas tanam. menetapkan pola tata tanam, jadwal tanam dan keuntungan tanam yang optimal dari hasil intensitas yang optimal. Serta memaksimalkan lahan pertanian dengan pola tanam yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Studi ini dilakukan dengan merencanakan pola tanam yang paling optimal di Daerah Irigasi Rentang Kiri, menentukan efisiensi pola pemberian air pada tanaman, mengoptimalkan keuntungan hasil produksi pertanian dengan menggunakan program linier dari perencanaan pola tata tanam yang efektif. Selanjutnya, optimasi dilakukan menggunakan program linier dengan alat bantu Add-ins Solver Microsoft Excel. Untuk mendapatkan intensitas tanam yang optimal.
Dari analisis optimasi yang telah dilakukan dengan 7 alternatif perencanaan pola tanam. dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai intensitas tanam tertinggi berada pada alternatif 6 Musim awal tanam bulan Januari periode 1 dengan total intensitas 300%. Adapun jenis tanaman pada Golongan 1 musim tanam 1 yaitu 4.955 ha padi; musim tanam 2 yaitu 4.955 ha padi; musim tanam 3 yaitu 4.955 ha jagung. Golongan 2 musim tanam 1 yaitu 14.867 ha padi; musim tanam 2 yaitu 14.867 ha jagung; musim tanam 3 yaitu 14.867 ha jagung. Golongan 3 musim tanam 1 yaitu 16.723 ha padi; musim tanam 2 yaitu 16.723 ha jagung; musim tanam 3 yaitu 16.723 ha jagung. Dengan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio atau BCR sebesar 1.54 dan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 2.883.106.427.609 .

The Rentang Kiri Irrigation Area is located in Indramayu Regency. West Java. with a standard rice field area of 36.545 Ha. The source of irrigation water for Rentang Kiri comes from the Cimanuk River. taken from the Cipelang Kiri intake. The crop pattern in the Rentang Kiri Irrigation Area is Rice-Rice-Bero. However. the limited amount of water during the dry season. high irrigation water requirements. planting intensity of only 127% and suboptimal planting patterns.
To overcome these problems. this study aims to increase planting intensity. determine planting patterns. planting schedules and optimal planting profits. As well as maximizing agricultural land with more effective and efficient planting patterns. This study was conducted by planning the most optimal planting pattern in the Rentang Kiri Irrigation Area. determining the efficiency of the water supply pattern for plants. optimizing the benefits of agricultural production using a linear program from effective planting pattern planning. Furthermore. optimization is carried out using a linear program with the Microsoft Excel Solver Add-ins tool. To obtain optimal planting intensity.
From the optimization analysis that has been carried out with 7 alternative cropping pattern planning. it can be concluded that the highest planting intensity value is in alternative 6 Early planting season in January period 1 with a total intensity of 300%. while the types of plants in Group 1 planting season 1 are 4.955 ha of rice; planting season 2 is 4.955 ha of rice; planting season 3 is 4.955 ha of corn. Group 2 planting season 1 is 14.867 ha of rice; planting season 2 is 14.867 ha of corn; planting season 3 is 14.867 ha of corn. Group 3 planting season 1 is 16.732 ha of rice; planting season 2 is 16.723 ha of corn; planting season 3 is 16.732 ha of corn. With a BCR value of 1.54.
