Abstract

Reservoir Mbah Ratu terletak di Surabaya Utara tepatnya di Jalan Gresik Nomor 49 merupakan tampungan air untuk meningkatkan tekanan air dalam sistem distribusi serta memastikan ketersediaan air secara kontinu bagi beberapa wilayah layanan yaitu Kecamatan Krembangan, Pabean Cantikan, Simokerto, Kenjeran, dan Semampir. Beberapa wilayah tersebut belum sepenuhnya teraliri air selama 24 jam per hari dengan tekanan di atas 0,2 bar pada tahun 2022 sehingga PDAM Surya Sembada melakukan pembangunan Reservoir Mbah Ratu sebagai booster pada wilayah-wilayah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dicari alternatif desain struktur reservoir untuk memperoleh desain dengan biaya material yang paling efisien menggunakan software SAP2000. Kemudian dilakukan kajian hidraulis untuk mengetahui efektivitas reservoir terhadap kondisi jaringan distribusi yang akan dilayani oleh Reservoir Mbah Ratu menggunakan software WaterGEMS V8i serta lama umur kehandalan Reservoir Mbah Ratu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air sesuai dengan rencana bisnis perusahaan yaitu teraliri selama 24 jam per hari dengan tekanan di atas 0,2 bar dengan memproyeksikan pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan air dimasa depan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan saat ini Reservoir Mbah Ratu belum efektif meningkatkan tekanan hingga batas minimum yang disyaratkan yaitu ≥ 0,5 bar pada pipa sekunder dan hasil alternatif desain struktur menghasilkan desain dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar yaitu 6.400 m3 dengan biaya struktur utama sebesar Rp. 16.781.274.559,13.

The Mbah Ratu Reservoir is located in North Surabaya, precisely on Jalan Gresik Number 49, which is a water reservoir to increase water pressure in the distribution system and ensure the continuous availability of water for several service areas, namely Krembangan, Cantikan Customs, Simokerto, Kenjeran, and Semampir Districts. Some of these areas have not been fully supplied with water for 24 hours per day with a pressure above 0.2 bar in 2022, so PDAM Surya Sembada is building the Mbah Ratu Reservoir as a booster in these areas. In this study , an alternative reservoir structure design was sought to obtain the most efficient material cost design using SAP2000 software. Then a hydraulic study was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the reservoir on the condition of the distribution network that will be served by the Mbah Ratu Reservoir using WaterGEMS V8i software and the longevity of the reliability of the Mbah Ratu Reservoir to meet water needs in accordance with the company's business plan, which is irrigated for 24 hours per day with a pressure above 0.2 bar by projecting population growth and water needs in the future. The results of the study show that currently the Mbah Ratu Reservoir has not been effective in increasing the pressure to the minimum required limit, which is ≥ 0.5 bar in the secondary pipe, and the alternative results of the structure design resulted in a design with a larger capacity of 6,400 m3 with a main structure cost of Rp. 16,781,274,559.13.
