Abstract

Bendungan Jragung dibangun untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan ketersediaan air di daerah Jawa Tengah, dimana terjadi kekeringan saat musim kemarau dan banjir saat musim hujan. Denga kapasitas 90 juta m3 bendungan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air irigasi di D.I. Jragung yang masih mengalami kekurangan serta menyediakan air baku bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dalam konteks permasalahan tersebut, penting untuk melakukan studi optimasi terkait Bendungan Jragung agar air yang keluar dari Bendungan Jragung dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Untuk mencapai hasil dari proyek akhir ini maka dilakukan analisis ketersediaan air, kebutuhan air baku, air irigasi, potensi PLTA, dan analisis kemampuan waduk untuk mereduksi banjir. Metode optimasi yang digunakan pada proyek akhir ini yaitu dengan menggunakan program linier menggunakan Add-ins Solver Microsoft Office. Dari optimasi yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil yang paling optimal pada alternatif 3 dengan mulai tanam bulan Oktober periode II dengan pola tanam padi-padi-palawija, memenuhi kebutuhan air baku sebesar 0,89 m3/detik. Energi Listrik yang dihasilkan pada tahun basah sebesar 3.880 MWh, tahun normal sebesar 3.859 MWh, dan tahun kering sebesar 3.792 MWh. Kemampuan waduk untuk mereduksi banjir pada Q50 sebesar 70,09%, Q100 sebesar 70,08%, Q1000 sebesar 69,38%, Qpmp sebesar 64,41%.

The Jragung Dam was built to overcome the imbalance in water availability in the Central Java area, where there is drought during the dry season and flooding during the rainy season. With a capacity of 90 million m3, this dam is expected to meet the needs of irrigation water in D.I. Jragung which is still experiencing shortages and provide raw water for the surrounding community. In the context of these problems, it is important to conduct an optimization study related to the Jragung Dam so that the water coming out of the Jragung Dam can be optimally utilized. To achieve the results of this final project, an analysis of water availability, raw water needs, irrigation water, potential of PLTA, and analysis of the capacity of reservoirs to reduce flooding was carried out. The optimization method used in this final project is to use a linear program using Microsoft Office Solver Add-ins. From the optimization that has been carried out, the most optimal results are obtained in alternative 3 by starting planting in October period II with a rice-padi-palawija planting pattern, meeting the raw water requirement of 0,89 m3/second. Electrical Energy produced in wet years is 3.880 MWh, normal years are 3.859 MWh, and dry years are 3.792 MWh. The ability of reservoirs to reduce flooding in Q50 is 70,09%, Q100 is 70,08%, Q1000 is 69,38%, Qpmp is 64,41%.
