Abstract
Perencanaan dermaga PT. Petrokimia Gresik bertujuan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan sebagai produsen pupuk terbesar di Indonesia. Dermaga akan menjadi infrastruktur penting untuk distribusi bahan baku pupuk serta produk pupuk dalam skala besar. Dermaga direncanakan untuk kapal curah kering dengan kapasitas sandar 60.000 DWT. Perencanaan struktur dermaga menggunakan metode beton pracetak. Penggunaan beton pracetak dapat memindahkan sebagian besar pekerjaan beton yang dilakukan di laut menjadi di darat. Perencanaan struktur dermaga diawali dengan pengumpulan data meliputi data bathimetri, data tanah, data arus dan gelombang, data pasang surut, data angin dan data kapal. Standar perencanaan dermaga berdasarkan Standard Design Criteria of Ports in Indonesia, Technical Standards and Commentaries for Port and Harbour Facilities in Japan, Bridgestone Marine Fender System, Port of Long Beach Wharf Design Criteria, PCI Design Handbook 7th Edition, serta SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016 dan SNI 8460:2019. Permodelan struktur dermaga dilakukan menggunakan program SAP2000. Hasil perencanaan dermaga didapatkan kebutuhan dimensi dermaga dengan ketentuan panjang dermaga 256 meter dan lebar dermaga 28 meter. Rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk pembangunan dermaga sebesar Rp 200.888.833.781,37 atau terbilang dua ratus miliar delapan ratus delapan puluh delapan juta delapan ratus tiga puluh tiga ribu tujuh ratus delapan puluh satu rupiah.

The planning of PT. Petrokimia Gresik's wharf aims to support the company's operations as Indonesia's largest fertilizer producer. This wharf will serve as critical infrastructure for large-scale distribution of fertilizer raw materials and products, designed for 60,000 DWT dry bulk carriers. The wharf structure utilizes a precast concrete method, shifting most concrete work from offshore to onshore to enhance construction efficiency. The structural planning phase began with data collection covering bathymetry, soil, current-wave, tidal, wind, and vessel parameters. Design standards adhere to the Standard Design Criteria of Ports in Indonesia, Technical Standards for Port and Harbour Facilities in Japan, Bridgestone Marine Fender System, Port of Long Beach Wharf Design Criteria, PCI Design Handbook 7th Edition, and SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, SNI 8460:2019. Structural modeling was performed using SAP2000 software. The final design yields a wharf measuring 256 meters in length and 28 meters in width, with a construction budget of Rp 200,888,833,781.37 (two hundred billion eight hundred eighty-eight million eight hundred thirty-three thousand seven hundred eighty-one rupiah).
