Abstract
Neuroarsitektur merupakan pendekatan yang mengkaji dampak lingkungan fisik terhadap sistem saraf dan kondisi mental manusia, dengan menekankan pentingnya desain ruang yang mendukung kebutuhan psikologis dan sensori penggunanya. Dalam konteks wilayah dengan aktivitas tinggi, seperti kawasan pesisir dan industri, muncul urgensi akan ruang pemulihan yang mampu meredakan tekanan mental masyarakat. Perancangan ini merespons isu tersebut melalui desain fasilitas rekreatif publik berbasis aktivitas air di kawasan pantai Anyer. Konsep dirumuskan dengan mengintegrasikan elemen alam, material alami, pencahayaan, serta rangsangan sensoris yang meliputi cahaya, tekstur, suhu, dan suara untuk menciptakan suasana yang mendukung ketenangan dan keseimbangan emosional. Ruang-ruangnya disusun secara bertahap, mulai dari aktivitas fisik hingga relaksasi dan kontemplasi, guna membentuk pengalaman spasial yang holistik dan terapeutik. Tujuan perancangan adalah menciptakan ruang terbuka yang dapat membantu meredakan stres sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental masyarakat. Hasil akhir pada studi ini menghasilkan rangcangan yang menunjukkan bagaimana prinsip neuroarsitektur dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam desain yang adaptif terhadap konteks lokal dan relevan bagi kebutuhan psikososial pengguna.

Neuroarchitecture is an approach that examines the impact of the physical environment on the human nervous system and mental state, emphasizing the importance of spatial design that supports the psychological and sensory needs of its users. In high-activity areas such as coastal and industrial zones, there is an urgent need for restorative spaces that can alleviate mental stress among the community. This design responds to that issue through a public recreational facility centered around water-based activities in the Anyer coastal area. The concept is formulated by integrating natural elements, organic materials, lighting, and sensory stimuli including light, texture, temperature, and sound to create an atmosphere that fosters calmness and emotional balance. The spatial arrangement is structured in stages, from physical activities to relaxation and contemplation, aiming to shape a holistic and therapeutic spatial experience. The goal of the design is to create an open space that not only helps reduce stress but also enhances the mental well-being of the community. The outcome of this study presents a design that demonstrates how the principles of neuroarchitecture can be translated into a spatial solution that is both locally adaptive and responsive to the psychosocial needs of its users.
