Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam proses produksi yang menentukan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja di industri manufaktur. PT. Adiputro Wirasejati sebagai perusahaan karoseri besar di Indonesia, memiliki sistem produksi yang kompleks, khususnya di Departemen Sub Assembly Minibus. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisa terhadap persentase produktivitas guna mengetahui tingkat efisiensi kerja pada elemen-elemen tertentu dalam proses produksi unit "Mobil 05". Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di lapangan, pengukuran waktu siklus kerja (cycle time), dan wawancara dengan operator. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan rumus perhitungan efisiensi produksi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor kelonggaran (allowance) sebesar 15%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi efisiensi pada masing-masing elemen kerja, di mana faktor-faktor seperti kinerja operator, kondisi mesin, serta metode kerja menjadi penyebab utama perbedaan efisiensi. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tidak semua proses telah mencapai tingkat efisiensi optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan pada beberapa aspek kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara menyeluruh.

Productivity is a key indicator in the production process that reflects the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in manufacturing industries. PT. Adiputro Wirasejati, as one of the leading coachbuilder companies in Indonesia, implements a complex production system, particularly in the Sub Assembly Department for minibus units. Therefore, an analysis of productivity percentage was conducted to evaluate work efficiency on specific elements in the production process of the "Mobil 05" unit. This study employed a quantitative approach through direct field observations, cycle time measurements, and interviews with operators. The collected data were analyzed using the company’s standard productivity efficiency formula, incorporating a 15% allowance factor. The results indicated variations in efficiency levels across different work elements. Key influencing factors include operator performance, machine conditions, and working methods. The findings show that not all processes have achieved optimal efficiency levels. Hence, further evaluation and improvements are needed in several operational aspects to enhance overall productivity.
