Abstract
Perubahan morfologi sungai akibat angkutan sedimen dapat memengaruhi kapasitas aliran, terutama pada segmen sungai yang telah dibangun tanggul. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kali Pancir, Kecamatan Mojowarno, Kabupaten Jombang, untuk menganalisis perubahan dasar sungai selama lima tahun dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kapasitas penampang. Permasalahan utama adalah degradasi dan agradasi yang mengganggu kestabilan aliran serta potensi kerusakan pada sisi tanpa perlindungan revetment. Pemodelan dilakukan secara satu dimensi menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.7 Beta, dengan skenario debit harian proyeksi tahun 2025–2029 dan geometri sungai berdasarkan survei eksisting. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan dominasi degradasi dengan perubahan volume dasar sungai sebesar –6.094,35 m³, terdiri dari agradasi 553,47 m³ dan degradasi –6.653,83 m³. Pergeseran elevasi dasar sungai mengubah bentuk rating curve di beberapa titik, mengindikasikan penurunan atau peningkatan kapasitas tergantung kondisi lokal. Perpotongan rating curve terjadi pada Q ≈ 39 m³/s di STA 221 dan Q ≈ 1,4 m³/s di STA 873, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antar segmen akibat perubahan geometri tahunan. Fenomena ini juga menunjukkan keberadaan backwater effect yang memperkuat interaksi hidraulik antara segmen hulu dan hilir. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa pemodelan HEC-RAS 1D efektif untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan antara perubahan morfologi, kapasitas aliran, dan risiko teknis, serta dapat digunakan untuk mendukung perencanaan pengelolaan sungai yang adaptif dan berbasis data.

Changes in river morphology due to sediment transport can affect flow capacity, especially in river segments where embankments have been constructed. This study was conducted on the Pancir River, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency, to analyze changes in the riverbed over a five-year period and evaluate their impact on cross-sectional capacity. The main issues are degradation and aggradation, which disrupt flow stability and pose potential damage to the unprotected riverbank. One-dimensional modeling was performed using HEC-RAS 6.7 Beta, with daily flow scenarios projected for 2025–2029 and river geometry based on existing surveys. Simulation results show a dominance of erosion with a change in riverbed volume of –6,094.35 m³, consisting of 553.47 m³ of aggradation and –6,653.83 m³ of erosion. Changes in riverbed elevation alter the shape of the rating curve at several points, indicating a decrease or increase in capacity depending on local conditions. The rating curve intersects at Q ≈ 39 m³/s at STA 221 and Q ≈ 1.4 m³/s at STA 873, indicating longitudinal interactions between segments due to annual geometric changes. This phenomenon also indicates the presence of a backwater effect that strengthens hydraulic interactions between upstream and downstream segments. The analysis concludes that HEC-RAS 1D modeling is effective for evaluating the interrelationship between morphological changes, flow capacity, and technical risks, and can be used to support adaptive and data-driven river management planning.
