Abstract

Program magang merupakan kesempatan berharga bagi mahasiswa untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah dipelajari di perkuliahan ke dalam situasi yang nyata. Magang memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan lingkungan kerja profesional, belajar dari pengalaman sehari-hari di industri, serta menghadapi tantangan yang belum tentu terbayangkan selama perkuliahan. Dengan demikian, magang tidak hanya memberikan pengalaman baru, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan interpersonal dan profesional yang sangat penting dalam dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya.

An internship program is a valuable opportunity for students to apply the knowledge they've learned in class to real-world situations. Internships allow students to interact directly with a professional work environment, learn from everyday industry experiences, and face challenges they might not have imagined during their studies. Thus, internships not only provide new experiences but also develop interpersonal and professional skills that are crucial for the real world of work.
