Abstract
Produk A merupakan salah satu produk utama PT. X, namun setelah melakukan beberapa pengambilan data ditemukan biaya kualitas yang sangat tinggi pada produk A, Permasalahan produk A adalah sering terjadinya defect yang melebihi target Perusahaan pada biaya kualitas. Untuk menekan biaya kualitas adalah dengan pengendalian kualitas, sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan six sigma sebagai alat untuk perbaikan dengan tahapan DMAIC, dimana pada tahapan define meliputi identifikasi permalahan, Pengenalan Operation process chart, dan juga penentuan CTQ pada setiap proses, selanjutnya adalah tahapan Measurement meliputi perhitungan DPMO, Level sigma dan proses kapabilitas, dilanjutkan dengan Tahap Analisa meliputi identifkasi RPN dengan PFMEA dan fishbone diagram untuk menganalisa permasalahan dari setiap aspek. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah Improve dimana menggunakan TRIZ untuk memberikan solusi inovatif, dan tahapan terakhir merupakan tahapan control disini diberikan mekanisme control
yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses yang ada pada Produk A memiliki CP < 1.33 dimana menunjukan proses kurang baik. Adapun hasil PFMEA disebabkan oleh kurangnya tekanan pada saat pemasangan overlay, karena tekanan berlebihan saat pemasangan LCD, kurang tekanan pada saat pemasangan kabel, torsi yang tidak distandarisasi, dan juga banyaknya variasi toleransi pada bezel. Berdasarkan analisa contradiction matrix dan 40 inventive principle, rekomendasi perbaikan untuk proses Overlay: penggunaan alat pengepres bertahap dan penambahan lapisan perantara untuk menghindari gelembung udara. Proses LCD:perbaikan jig dan otomatisasi proses pemasangan untuk menghindari keretakan. Proses Touch panel: penambahan instruksi kerja dan sampling awal produksi. Proses Bezel: desain ulang klip pengunci dan penambahan penanda visual.Proses PCBA: penggunaan obeng torsi elektrik dan standarisasi alat kerja.Tahap kontrol menetapkan mekanisme pengendalian yang sesuai untuk menjaga keberlanjutan perbaikan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan six sigma dengan integrasi TRIZ efektif dalam menurunkan potensi cacat dan biaya kualitas pada Produk A.

Product A is one of the main products of PT. X, but after collecting some data, it was found that the quality cost of Product A is very high. The problem with Product A is that defects often occur that exceed the company's target for quality costs. To reduce quality costs, quality control is necessary. Therefore, this study uses six sigma as a tool for improvement with the DMAIC stages, where the define stage includes problem identification, introduction of the operation process chart, and determination of CTQ at each process. The next stage is Measurement, which includes the calculation of DPMO, sigma level, and process capability, followed by the Analysis stage, which includes the identification of RPN with PFMEA and fishbone diagram to analyze problems from each aspect. The next stage is Improve, which uses TRIZ to provide innovative solutions, and the final stage is Control, where appropriate control mechanisms are provided. The results of the study show that the process in Product A has a Cp < 1.33, indicating that the process is not good. The PFMEA results are due to insufficient pressure during overlay installation, excessive pressure during LCD installation, insufficient pressure during cable installation, non-standardized torque, and many tolerance variations on the bezel. Based on the analysis of the contradiction matrix and 40 inventive principles, the recommended improvements for the overlay process are the use of a gradual pressing tool and the addition of an intermediate layer to avoid air bubbles. For the LCD process, the recommendations are jig improvement and automation of the installation process to avoid cracking. For the touch panel process, the recommendations are the addition of work instructions and initial production sampling. For the bezel process, the recommendations are redesigning the locking clip and adding visual markers. For the PCBA process, the recommendations are the use of electric torque screwdrivers and standardization of work tools. The Control stage establishes appropriate control mechanisms to maintain the sustainability of improvements. The final results show that the six sigma approach with TRIZ integration is effective in reducing potential defects and quality costs in Product A.
