Abstract

Laporan ini memuat dua proyek arsitektur, yaitu perancangan Villa Ibu Sri di Desa Bengkel, Buleleng, Bali dan perancangan rumah tinggal di Malang. Perancangan villa mengusung pendekatan gaya tropical industrial yang dikombinasikan dengan elemen arsitektur tradisional Bali, menyesuaikan dengan konteks alam dan budaya lokal. Aspek keberlanjutan, efisiensi energi, dan kenyamanan termal menjadi fokus utama dalam merancang bangunan yang menyatu dengan lanskap perbukitan tropis. Sementara itu, perancangan rumah tinggal di Malang berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan fungsional keluarga urban, dengan pendekatan desain yang modern dan adaptif terhadap iklim tropis. Kedua proyek ini mengintegrasikan standar kompetensi arsitek dalam proses perencanaan, pengembangan konsep, pemilihan material, hingga pertimbangan teknis dan sosial, sehingga menghasilkan rancangan yang kontekstual, efisien, dan berdampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar.

This report presents two architectural projects: the design of Villa Ibu Sri in Desa Bengkel, Buleleng, Bali, and the design of a private residence in Malang. The villa project adopts a tropical industrial style blended with traditional Balinese architectural elements, tailored to the local natural and cultural context. Sustainability, energy efficiency, and thermal comfort are key priorities in shaping a structure that harmonizes with the tropical hillside landscape. Meanwhile, the residential design in Malang focuses on fulfilling the functional needs of an urban family through a modern approach adaptable to the humid tropical climate. Both projects incorporate the architect's professional competencies throughout the design process, including concept development, material selection, technical, and social considerations—resulting in contextual, efficient, and environmentally responsive architectural solutions.
