Abstract
Infrastruktur kolam labuh dibangun untuk menjaga fasilitas pelabuhan dari gaya gelombang yang berpotensi mengganggu operasional bongkar muat di dermaga. PLTU Pacitan, yang terletak di bagian selatan Pulau Jawa dan menghadap langsung ke Samudera Hindia, rentan terhadap gelombang alun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memodelkan secara numerik perambatan gelombang alun yang masuk ke kolam labuh PLTU, kemudian menganalisis pengaruh gelombang tersebut terhadap respons gerak kapal selama proses bongkar muat. Selanjutnya, operabilitas kapal dievaluasi berdasarkan hasil pemodelan tersebut. Gerakan kapal yang paling signifikan berupa gerakan roll sebesar 2,1° akibat gelombang dari arah 202,5° dengan tinggi signifikan (Hs) diatas 2,31 meter dan periode (Tp) diatas 8 detik. Berdasarkan standar keamanan operasional bongkar muat, aktivitas bongkar muat kapal berpotensi untuk terhenti selama 2,77% dalam satu tahun. Nilai operabilitas bongkar muat kapal yaitu 97,23%.

The port basin infrastructure is built to protect port facilities from wave forces that could potentially disrupt loading and unloading operations at the dock. Pacitan Power Plant, located on the southern coast of Java Island and facing the Indian Ocean, is vulnerable to swell waves. This study is conducted by numerically modeling the propagation of swell waves entering the power plant port basin, followed by analyzing their effects on the motion response of ships during loading and unloading activities. Finally, the ship operability is evaluated based on the modeling results. The most significant ship motion observed was a roll motion of 2.1°, caused by waves from the direction of 202.5° with significant wave height (Hs) above 2.31 meters and peak period (Tp) above 8 seconds. Based on operational safety standards for loading and unloading, the ship activity are potentially halted for 2.77% of the year. This indicates a ship loading and unloading operability value of 97.23%.
