Abstract

Penelitian pada tugas akhir ini melakukan identifikasi alat, analisis kuantitatif, dan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompoen kritis penyusun repressure fan, penelitian ini juga bertujuan menentukan jenis dan jadwal perawatan yang efektif untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan dan meningkatkan keandalan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis kuantitatif adalah analisis Reliability, Availability dan Maintainability (RAM), evaluasi keandalan dilakukan untuk mengetahui interval waktu perawatan kompnen, serta evaluasi preventive maintenance untuk meningkatkan keandalan fan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis kualitatif adalah Failure Mode Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA) yang dapat menentukan jenis, penyebab dan dampak kegagalan, tingkat kritis komponen ditentukan berdasarkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) dan Criticality Analysis (CA), serta menentukan jenis perawatan untuk mengatasi setiap kegagalan dengan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Jenis perawatan yang efektif ditentukan berdasarkan failure mode dengan nilai RPN tertinggi terdapat pada Bearing. Jadwal perawatan komponen ditentukan berdasarkan waktu operasi pada saat nilai keandalan R(t) = 55%.

This final research project involves the identification of equipment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis. The research aims to determine the critical components of a repressure fan and to establish an effective maintenance type and schedule to prevent failures and improve reliability. The quantitative analysis method used is Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis. Reliability evaluation is conducted to determine the maintenance intervals for components and to assess preventive maintenance strategies for improving fan reliability. For qualitative analysis, the research employs Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), which identifies the types, causes, and impacts of failures. The criticality level of components is determined based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) and Criticality Analysis (CA). Additionally, maintenance types to address each failure are determined using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The most effective maintenance type is identified based on the failure mode with the highest RPN value is Bearing. Maintenance schedules for components are established based on the operating time when the reliability value R(t) reaches 55%.
