Abstract

Laporan ini menyajikan dua proyek perancangan arsitektur yang memiliki kategori yang berbeda dan sama-sama diatur khusus dalam Peraturan Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi kreatif dan, Proyek perancangan arsitektur 1 dengan judul Perencanaan Griya Adriwana di Probolinggo, Proyek ini berlokasi di Sukapura, area dekat kawasan Gunung Bromo dirancang sebagai akomodasi privat yang menyatu dengan alam, dengan pendekatan konseptual yang terinspirasi dari filosofi kosmologi Candi Kedaton —Bhurloka, Bhurwaloka, dan Swarloka. Proyek perancangan arsitektur 2 dengan judul Perencanaan Hotel Dordia di Mojokerto, Proyek ini berlokasi di Kabupaten Mojokerto, area dekat kawasan Gunung Arjuno dan Gunung Penanggungan dirancang sebagai akomodasi pada tahap 3 di masterplan villa Dordia, terinspirasi dari filosofi rumah jawa pada eksisting Villa yang dikemas dalam bentuk yang elbih mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pendekatan Arsitektur yang diambil untuk keduanya menggunakan Arsitektur Regionalisme. Secara keseluruhan laporan ini disusun berdasarkan penerapan 13 standar kompetensi arsitek pada tipologi bangunan yang dipilih

This report presents two architectural design projects that fall under different categories, both of which are specifically regulated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The first architectural design project is titled "The Design of Griya Adriwana in Probolinggo." Located in Sukapura, near the Bromo Mountain area, this project is designed as a private accommodation that blends harmoniously with nature. The conceptual approach draws inspiration from the cosmological philosophy of Kedaton Temple — Bhurloka, Bhurwaloka, and Swarloka. The second architectural design project is titled "The Design of Dordia Hotel in Mojokerto." This project is located in Mojokerto Regency, near Mount Arjuno and Mount Penanggungan. It serves as the third phase in the Dordia Villa masterplan and is inspired by the traditional Javanese house philosophy found in the existing villa. The design, however, is reinterpreted to reflect contemporary sensibilities. Both projects adopt a Regionalist Architecture approach. Overall, this report is structured based on the application of the 13 architectural competency standards, adapted to the selected building typologies.
