Abstract
Bendung Karet Sungai Juana merupakan salah satu infrastruktur pengendali banjir, pengairan, dan pencegah intrusi air laut di wilayah Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Kondisi tanah dasar yang didominasi lempung berplastisitas tinggi dan tekanan hidrostatis akibat pasang surut menjadi tantangan dalam menjamin kestabilan fondasi bendung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi stabilitas struktur fondasi eksisting, merencanakan alternatif desain fondasi tiang pancang, serta menganalisis deformasi penurunan tanah menggunakan perangkat lunak GeoStudio. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis gaya dan momen kerja pada bendung dalam berbagai kondisi operasional hulu normal, banjir, kempis, pasang-surut, perhitungan stabilitas terhadap rembesan, guling, geser, dan daya dukung tiang, serta simulasi deformasi tanah. Perhitungan stabilitas rembesan dengan Metode Lane, daya dukung aksial tiang pancang dilakukan dengan Metode Meyerhof, sedangkan analisis deformasi menggunakan fitur Sigma/W load and deformation pada GeoStudio. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa struktur eksisting, alternatif 1, dan alternatif 2 aman terhadap guling dan geser, dan daya dukung tiang dengan nilai SF hasil > SF minimum. Hasil dari stabilitas rembesan pada desain eksisting sebesar rata-rata 178,37 dengan koefisien lane sebesar 7 yang menandakan aman terhadap rembesan. Hasil analisis anggaran biaya menunjukkan alternatif 1 lebih efisien sebesar 7,66% dan alternatif 2 sebesar 3,69% dari eksisting. Simulasi deformasi penurunan tanah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tiang pancang eksisting dan alternatif mampu menurunkan penurunan dengan hasil rata-rata 12 cm, yang masih berada dalam batas toleransi penurunan diferensial.

The Juana River Rubber Dam is one of the key infrastructures for flood control, irrigation, and seawater intrusion prevention in Pati Regency, Central Java. The subsoil condition, which is dominated by high-plasticity clay and hydrostatic pressure due to tidal fluctuations, poses a significant challenge in ensuring the stability of the dam foundation. This study aims to evaluate the stability of the existing foundation structure, design alternative pile foundation configurations, and analyze soil settlement deformation using GeoStudio software. The methods used include the analysis of forces and working moments on the weir under various upstream operational conditions such as normal, flood, tidal – ebb, as well as calculations of seepage stability, overturning, sliding, and pile bearing capacity, along with soil deformation simulation. The seepage stability analysis uses the Lane Method, the pile bearing capacity axial force analysis uses the Meyerhof Method, while the deformation analysis is performed using the Sigma/W load and deformation feature in GeoStudio. The evaluation results show that the existing structure, alternative 1, and alternative 2 are safe against overturning and sliding, and the bearing capacity of the piles meets the criterion with SF actual > SF minimum. The budget analysis shows that alternative 1 is more cost-efficient by 7.66%, and alternative 2 by 3.69% compared to the existing structure. Soil settlement deformation simulations indicate that the use of piles in both existing and alternative designs can reduce settlement, with an average settlement result of 12 cm, which is still within the tolerable limits of differential settlement.
