Abstract

Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember berperan dalam mengembangkan dan menjalankan operasional infrastruktur dan layanan pada lingkungan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Website Webinar Booking merupakan salah satu layanan yang dikelola oleh DPTSI yang dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel untuk menyediakan lisensi Zoom yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan meeting ataupun webinar para mahasiswa, dosen, ataupun warga ITS yang terdaftar pada layanan myITS Single-Sign-On (SSO). Produk yang dikembangkan pada masa Kerja Praktik adalah Website Webinar Booking yang dilakukan refaktorisasi alur dengan integrasi library dptsi/laravel-sso, dptsi/laravel-storage, dan dptsi/laravel-modular serta integrasi Zoom API v2 untuk otomatisasi pemberian lisensi kepada akun myITS SSO pemohon. Website Webinar Booking juga direstrukturisasi menjadi salah satu modul pada myITS License dengan penerapan dptsi/laravel-modular.

The Directorate of Technology Development and Information Systems (DPTSI) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember plays a role in developing and operating infrastructure and services within the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) environment. The Webinar Booking Website is one of the services managed by DPTSI, developed using Laravel to provide Zoom licenses that meet the meeting or webinar needs of students, lecturers, or ITS community members registered on the myITS Single-Sign-On (SSO) service. The product developed during the internship period is the Webinar Booking Website, which underwent workflow refactoring with integration of dptsi/laravel-sso, dptsi/laravel-storage, and dptsi/laravel-modular libraries, as well as Zoom API v2 integration for automated license provisioning to myITS SSO applicant accounts. The Webinar Booking Website was also restructured to become one of the modules in myITS License with the implementation of dptsi/laravel-modular.
