Abstract
Proses elektrokoagulasi dengan menggunakan Cyclone sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi penggunaan daya adalah metode yang efektif untuk menghilangkan kontaminan dari air limbah melalui proses koagulasi. Namun, implementasi praktis dari sistem ini sering menghadapi berbagai masalah teknis yang dapat mengurangi efisiensi operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode yang efektif untuk mendeteksi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul selama proses elektrokoagulasi. Dengan adanya sistem inferensi ini, diharapkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses elektrokoagulasi dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan, memungkinkan pengelolaan air limbah yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memungkinkan identifikasi dini terhadap potensi kegagalan atau ketidaksesuaian proses, sehingga intervensi dapat dilakukan sebelum masalah memburuk. Pengembangan dan integrasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah maju dalam inovasi teknologi pengolahan air limbah, khususnya dalam penerapan elektrokoagulasi yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan.

The electrocoagulation process using a Cyclone as an effort to reduce power consumption is an effective method for removing contaminants from wastewater through the coagulation process. However, the practical implementation of this system often faces various technical problems that can reduce its operational efficiency. Therefore, an effective method is needed to detect and resolve problems that arise during the electrocoagulation process. With this inference system, it is expected that the efficiency and effectiveness of the electrocoagulation process can be significantly improved, enabling more optimal and sustainable wastewater management. In addition, this system also allows early identification of potential process failures or non-conformities, so that interventions can be made before the problem worsens. The development and integration of this system are expected to be a step forward in wastewater treatment technology innovation, especially in the application of more efficient and environmentally friendly electrocoagulation.
