Abstract
Sejalan dengan roadmap pemerintah Indonesia terkait dengan rencana target pencapaian produksi minyak mentah sebesar 1 juta BOPD di tahun 2030, PT Pertamina EP Adera Field berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kontribusi terhadap produksi minyak dan gas. Sebagai lapangan minyak dan gas yang sudah mature upaya meningkatkan produksi minyak dan gas bisa ditempuh dengan melakukan kegiatan pengeboran secara agresif namun efisien. Penggunaan metode “batch drilling” diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dari kegiatan proyek pengeboran. Penerapan metode ini tentunya berbeda dengan metode pengeboran konvensional yang akan memiliki risiko yang perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Risiko kritis yang ada dalam kegiatan proyek pengeboran batch drilling dalam lingkup onshore hulu Migas dan langkah langkah yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keefektifan pengelolaan risiko pada pengeboran batch drilling perlu ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan manajemen risiko pada kegiatan batch drilling dengan melakukan analisis risiko menggunakan metode Fuzzy Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA). Proses analis risiko diawali dengan identifikasi risiko pada setiap tahapan kegiatan operasional pengeboran dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui tahapan wawancara, observasi, serta melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Tahapan selanjutnya menentukan risiko kritis melalui metode Fuzzy FMEA. Penentuan faktor penyebab risiko kritis sebagai bagian dari mitigasi risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode FMEA dan Fuzzy FMEA, dari 42 risiko yang teridentifikasi, terdapat 5 risiko yang masuk dalam kategori risiko kritis. Analisa penyebab risiko kritis dilakukan dengan metode FTA. Mitigasi dari risiko kritis telah ditentukan sehingga profil risiko berdasarkan nilai RPN dan Fuzzy RPN dapat diturunkan dalam batas risiko yang bisa diterima perusahaan.

In line with the Indonesian government's roadmap targeting the achievement of 1 million BOPD of crude oil production by 2030, PT Pertamina EP Adera Field is committed to increasing its contribution to oil and gas production. As a mature oil and gas field, efforts to enhance oil and gas production can be pursued through aggressive yet efficient drilling activities. The use of the "batch drilling" method is expected to improve the efficiency of drilling project activities. The application of this method, of course, differs from conventional drilling methods and comes with risks that need to be further evaluated. The critical risks in batch drilling projects within the onshore oil and gas upstream sector, as well as the steps necessary to improve risk management effectiveness in batch drilling operations, must be identified. This research aims to conduct risk management for batch drilling activities by performing risk analysis using the Fuzzy Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) method. The risk analysis process begins with risk identification at each stage of the drilling operation and data collection through interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The next step is to determine the primary risks using the Fuzzy FMEA method. The identification of the causes of critical risks as part of risk mitigation is conducted using the Fault Tree Analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis using the FMEA and Fuzzy FMEA methods, a total of 42 risks were identified, of which 5 were classified as critical. Further analysis of the root causes of these critical risks was conducted using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. Appropriate mitigation plan have been established for each critical risk allowing the risk profile based on both RPN and Fuzzy RPN values to be reduced to a level that is acceptable by the organization.
