Abstract
Gokart amfibi adalah salah satu wahana yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pendukung untuk meningkatkan daya tarik obyek wisata perairan tenang. Dari sekian banyak wisata perairan, masih sedikit yang dikelola menjadi obyek wisata dan dilengkapi wahana untuk sarana eksplorasi. Gokart amfibi merupakan salah satu opsi wahana air yang dapat dikembangkan untuk wisata di perairan tenang. Tetapi penggunaan gokart amfibi masih jarang ditemui di Indonesia. Meninjau kondisi tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pasar gokart amfibi dan menganalisis pengembangan industri gokart amfibi secara teknis dan ekonomis. Penelitian dimulai dengan pengamatan potensi pasar gokart amfibi. Setelah itu dilakukan penentuan ukuran utama dan proses desain prototipe. Langkah ketiga dilakukan proses produksi dan uji coba prototipe gokart amfibi. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis pembangunan industri gokart amfibi secara teknis dan ekonomis. Berdasarkan analisis, didapatkan potensi pasar gokart amfibi diproyeksikan sejumlah 72 unit per-tahun. Harga Pokok Produksi satu unit gokart amfibi senilai Rp 24.434.500,00. Untuk membangun industri gokart amfibi dibutuhkan luas bangunan sebesar 300 m2 yang mencakup gudang material, gudang produk, area workshop, dan kantor. Secara biaya dibutuhkan dana investasi senilai Rp 428.452.000,00 dengan payback period terjadi pada tahun ke-7 bulan ke-11 dan nilai Internal Rate of Return sebesar 29% setiap tahun.

The Amphibious Gokart is a type of recreational vehicle that can serve as a supporting attraction to enhance the appeal of calm water tourism destinations. Among the many water tourism sites in Indonesia, only a few are equipped with exploration-oriented rides. The amphibious gokart offers an alternative water-based attraction that can be further developed for such environments. However, its use remains uncommon across the country. In response to this condition, this research aims to identify the market potential of amphibious gokarts and analyze their technical and economic feasibility for industrial development. The study began with an assessment of the market potential for amphibious gokarts. This was followed by the determination of main dimensions and the design process of a prototype. The third stage involved the manufacturing and testing of the prototype. Subsequently, a comprehensive analysis was carried out regarding the technical and economic requirements for establishing an amphibious gokart industry. Based on the analysis, the projected market demand for amphibious gokarts is estimated at 72 units per year. The Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) for one unit of the amphibious go-kart is IDR 24.434.500,00. To support production, an industrial facility with a minimum area of 300 m² is required, covering a materials warehouse, product storage, workshop area, and office space. The total investment needed is approximately IDR 428.452.000,00 with a payback period occurring in the 7th year and 11th month, and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 29% per annum.
