Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol otomatis berbasis Fuzzy Logic Controller agar dapat mengatur kadar pH dan nutrisi dalam larutan hidroponik yang digunakan untuk tanaman pakcoy. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggabungkan sensor pH analog dan sensor TDS yang telah dikalibrasi menggunakan metode interpolasi linear tiga titik pada nilai pH 4,01, 6,86, dan 9,18. Untuk meningkatkan hasil pengukuran, keluaran sensor telah melewati filter median serta mengambil rata-rata bergerak. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor yang terpasang memiliki persentase kesalahan rata-rata 0,2% untuk pengukuran pH dan 1,5% untuk pengukuran TDS. Sistem kontrol Fuzzy Mamdani diprogram untuk mengendalikan pompa penyesuai pH dan pompa nutrisi berdasarkan nilai input sensor yang telah difuzzifikasi, kemudian diproses melalui aturan Fuzzy dan defuzzifikasi metode centroid. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pemantauan berbasis aplikasi Blynk, yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pemantauan parameter secara real-time dari perangkat seluler. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu menjalankan kontrol pH dan nutrisi dengan tingkat presisi yang tinggi dan kinerja yang andal, serta berpotensi memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teknologi otomatisasi dalam bidang pertanian modern. This study aims to design and implement an automatic control system based on Fuzzy Logic Controller to regulate the pH and nutrient levels in the hydroponic solution used for pakcoy plants. This system was designed by combining an analog pH sensor and a TDS sensor that had been calibrated using the three-point linear interpolation method at pH values of 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18. To improve measurement results, the sensor output was passed through a median filter and a moving average was taken. Test results showed that the installed sensors had an average error rate of 0.2% for pH measurements and 1.5% for TDS measurements. The Mamdani Fuzzy control system was programmed to control the pH adjustment pump and nutrient pump based on the input values from the sensors, which were first fuzzified, then processed through Fuzzy rules and defuzzified using the centroid method. The system is also equipped with a Blynk-based monitoring interface, enabling users to monitor parameters in real-time from mobile devices. The research results demonstrate that the designed system is capable of performing pH and nutrient control with high precision and reliable performance, and has the potential to contribute to the development of automation technology in modern agriculture.
