Abstract

Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was prepared using a modified Hummer's method and reduced using vitamin C. Porous rGO was synthesized through activation with KOH using a tubular furnace in an inert atmosphere. The test results shows that porous rGO/CuO has the highest reduction capacity, as evidenced by an ECSA value of 0.440 cm², indicating a high number of active sites, a large electrocatalytic activity, as evidenced by an Rct value of 25.3 Ω, and stable properties in the potential range of -0,4 to -1 V vs RHE for 17 hours.
