Abstract
Peningkatan kegiatan industri dan urbanisasi pada masa kini telah menyebabkan peningkatan polusi udara, sehingga berakibat dampak buruk pada kesehatan manusia serta lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan bantuan berupa sistem monitoring kualitas udara yang efisien, canggih,
serta dapar diandalkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring kualitas udara berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan menggunakan drone sebagai media transportasi membawa sensor.
Sistem ini memanfaatkan berbagai sensor untuk pengukuran parameter udara seperti suhu,kelembapan, konsentrasi gas yang dipilih ialah karbon dioksida, dan partikel debu. Sensor diintegrasikan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller ESP32 dan digabungkan menjadi satu paket unit portable yang ringkas, kemudian akan dibawa oleh drone. Data hasil pengukuran dikirimkan secara real-time melalui jaringan IoT menuju server dan data tersebut ditampilkan dalam bentuk visualisasi untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penerapan rancang bangun menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu dalam mengumpulkan dan menyajikan informasi mengenai kualitas udara dari berbagai titik tertentu secara efektif, dan fleksibel. Solusi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif sebagai sistem monitoring yang adaptif dan terjangkau di berbagai lingkungan. ============================================================================================================================================
Increasing industrial activities and urbanization today have caused an increase in air pollution, resulting in negative impacts on human health and the environment. Therefore, a need of assistance is necessary and can be achieve form of an efficient, sophisticated and reliable air quality monitoring system. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT) based air quality monitoring system using drones as transport.
This system utilizes various sensors to measure air parameters such as temperature, humidity, selected gas concentrations of carbon dioxide, and dust particles. The sensors are integrated using an ESP32 microcontroller and combined into a compact, portable unit package, which will then be carried by a drone. Measurement data is sent in real-time via an IoT network to a server and the data is displayed in visualization form for further analysis. The results of the design implementation show that the system is capable of collecting and presenting information about air quality from various specific points effectively and flexibly. This solution is expected to be an alternative as an adaptive and affordable monitoring system in various environments.
