Abstract

Bata ringan merupakan salah satu bahan bangunan yang menjadi pilihan yang dapat dipilih dalam membangun hunian, kelebihan yang dimiliki yaitu mudah dipasang, memiliki ukuran presisi, kedap air, tahan api, dan kedap suara. Perusahaan yang memproduksi bata ringan salah satunya adalah PT. Prima Vos Light Block yang memproduksi bata ringan Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). Produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar dapat mempengaruhi fungsi kegunaan produk. Pengendalian proses yang dilakukan PT. Prima Vos Light Block adalah dengan mengumpulkan data berat dan kuat tekan yang diambil setelah produk dioven, kemudian data dihitung rata-ratanya, oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis kapabilitas pada proses produksi untuk mengecek apakah proses produksi sudah terkendali dan kapabel secara statistik atau tidak menggunakan metode peta kendali multivariat T2 Hotelling dan peta kendali I-MR. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi sudah terkendali. Analisis kapabilitas proses memperoleh nilai MCp, MCpk Cp, dan Cpk kurang 1, sehingga produksi tidak kapabel karena menghasilkan produk yang memiliki presisi dan akurasi yang rendah. Dashboard yang dihasilkan mempermudah analisis, dengan mengunggah data Dashboard dapat melakukan penghitungan serta memberikan kesimpulan dari hasil analisis.

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks are a popular building material chosen for constructing residential properties due to their advantages, such as ease of installation, precise dimensions, water resistance, fire resistance, and soundproofing properties. One company that produces AAC blocks is PT. Prima Vos Light Block. However, products that do not meet the required standards can affect their functionality. PT. Prima Vos Light Block controls its production process by collecting data on weight and compressive strength after the products are cured in the oven, with the data being averaged. Therefore, a capability analysis of the production process is necessary to assess whether the production process is statistically controlled and capable, using methods such as the multivariate T2 Hotelling control chart and the I-MR control chart. The analysis results indicate that the production process is under control. However, the process capability analysis shows that the values of MCp, MCpk, Cp, and Cpk are less than 1, meaning the production is not capable, as it results in products with low precision and accuracy. The resulting Dashboard facilitates analysis, allowing data uploads, calculations, and conclusions from the analysis results.
