Abstract
Dashboard Performance merupakan alat visualisasi data yang berfungsi untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya memerlukan sistem dashboard yang modern, responsif, dan efisien untuk memantau performa kinerja kantor cabang yang berada dibawahnya. Dalam kerja praktik ini, dilakukan pengembangan web dashboard performance menggunakan framework Laravel dengan pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Kebutuhan utama dalam pengembangan adalah dapat memvisualisasikan data performa dengan baik, implementasi filter berdasarkan area, cabang, dan periode, dan kemampuan mengunggah berkas Excel untuk memperbarui data dashboard. Proses pengembangan dimulai dari perumusan masalah, implementasi antarmuka pengguna, hingga tahap pengujian dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan berhasil memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan, baik fungsional dan non-fungsional, serta kemudahan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan pengembangan kedepan.

The Performance Dashboard is a data visualization tool that serves to support data-driven decision-making processes. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya requires a modern, responsive, and efficient dashboard system to monitor the performance of its branch offices. In this internship project, the development of a web-based performance dashboard was carried out using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture pattern. The primary requirements for the development included the ability to effectively visualize performance data, implement filters based on region, branch, and period, and the capability to upload Excel files to update dashboard data. The development process began with problem formulation, user interface implementation, and test and evaluation stages. The evaluation results showed that the developed application successfully met all functional and non-functional requirements, as well as ease of maintenance and future development.
