Abstract

Perancangan instalasi Listrik dengan menggunakan sistem busbar trunking, banyak dipakai di dalam instalasi listrik di pabrik dan gedung bertingkat, sedangkan di dalam perancangan instalasi di kapal belum ada yang menerapkannya, di dalam perancangan instalasi listrik di kapal pada umumnya menggunakan cara konvesional yaitu medianya menggunakan kabel. Pada penulisan tugas akhir akan dikaji secara teknis dan ekonomis mengenai perancangan instalasi listrik penerangan menggunakan system busbar dan membandingkannya dengan system konvensional pada kapal MT Avila. Hal ini meliputi kebutuhan penerangan, besarnya kebutuhan harga yang diperlukan dan desain penginstalasiannya. Sebagai hasil yang diperoleh bahwa dalam perancangan instalasi listrik penerangan menggunakan busbar trunking ini kurang tepat apabila diterapkan pada kapal tanker (MT. Avila) kerena beban yang digunakan pada kapal tersebut tidak begitu besar sehingga cukup dengan menggunakan sistem konvensional saja. Dan untuk prosentase harga yang dikeluarkan lebih mahal 1,9 dari system konvensional

Electrical installation design using the busbar trunking system is widely used in electrical installations in factories and high-rise buildings, while in the design of installations on ships, no one has implemented it yet, in the design of electrical installations on ships generally using conventional methods, namely the media using cables. In writing the final assignment, the technical and economic study will be carried out regarding the design of lighting electrical installations using the busbar system and comparing it with the conventional system on the MT Avila ship. This includes lighting requirements, the amount of price requirements required and the installation design. As a result, the design of lighting electrical installations using busbar trunking is less appropriate when applied to tankers (MT. Avila) because the load used on the ship is not that large so it is sufficient to use the conventional system only. And for the percentage of the price incurred is 1.9 more expensive than the conventional system
