Abstract
Salah satu dampak negatif dari pembangunan pabrik adalah kebisingan. Penduduk yang tinggal di sekitar Pabrik milik PT Susanti Megah, banyak mengeluh karena gangguan kebisingan yang diakibatkan oleh aktivitas pabrik tersebut. Oleh karena perlu dilakukan analisa tentang tingkat kebisingan di daerah pemukiman penduduk di sekitar pabrik tersebut. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 24 jam, 4 kali pada siang dan 3 kali pada malam hari. Setiap kali pengukuran dilakukan selama 10 menit dengan pembacaan setiap 5 detik. Hari pengukuran adalah hari Senin (mewakili Senin-Jum'at), hari Sabtu, dan Minggu. Besaran yang dianalisa adalah tingkat kebisingan siang malam CLsM), sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No.48 Tahun 1996, dan Tingkat Polusi Kebisingan (NPL) sesuai dengan standart yang dipakai di Amerika. Nilai Leq(SM) hari Senin 69,8 dBA, hari Sabtu 74 dBA, hari Minggu 68,4 dBA, melebihi nilai ambang batas (NAB) yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebesar 55 dBA. Nilai Tingkat Polusi Kebisingan (NPL) hari Senin 101,4 dBNP, hari Sabtu 105,09 dBNP, hari Minggu 95,36 dBNP, melebihi batas maksimum yang ditetapkan oleh US Departement of Housing and Urban development

One of the negative impacts of factory construction is noise. Residents living around the factory owned by PT Susanti Megah, many complained about noise disturbances caused by the factory's activities. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the noise level in residential areas around the factory. Measurements were carried out for 24 hours, 4 times during the day and 3 times at night. Each measurement was carried out for 10 minutes with readings every 5 seconds. The measurement days were Monday (representing Monday-Friday), Saturday, and Sunday. The quantities analyzed were the day-night noise level (CLsM), in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 48 of 1996, and the Noise Pollution Level (NPL) in accordance with the standards used in America. The Leq (SM) value on Monday was 69.8 dBA, Saturday 74 dBA, Sunday 68.4 dBA, exceeding the threshold value (NAB) set by the government of 55 dBA. Monday's Noise Pollution Level (NPL) value was 101.4 dBNP, Saturday's 105.09 dBNP, Sunday's 95.36 dBNP, exceeding the maximum limit set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development
