Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota gresik merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola air bersih guna memenuhi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat. Banyak keluhan-keluhan terhadap P DAM, salah satu faktor adalah kontinuitas air yang belum memenuhi target atau standar pelayanan, kecepatan petugas dalam menangani keluhan yang kurang efektif. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggan dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Kota Gresik di Kecamatan Gresik. Setelah melakulcan analisis factor dengan menggunakan regresi logistic biner dan analisis kesenjangan (gap) maka di dapatkan sebanyak 79% menyatakan pelanggan tidak puas terhadap kinerja Kota Gresik dan tingkat kepuasan dipengaruhi oleh dimensi tengibles dan responsiveness

The Gresik City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is an institution responsible for managing clean water to meet the needs of the community. Many complaints have been received against PDAM, one of the factors being the continuity of water that has not met the target or service standards, and the ineffective speed of officers in handling complaints. The aim of this study is to identify factors that influence customers and the level of customer satisfaction of PDAM Kota Gresik in Gresik District. After conducting factor analysis using binary logistic regression and gap analysis, it was found that 79% of customers stated that they were dissatisfied with the performance of Kota Gresik, and the level of satisfaction was influenced by the tangibles and responsiveness dimensions
