Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan nasional berperan penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem audit berbasis teknologi, khususnya dalam mendukung efektivitas pengendalian internal di sektor perbankan. Dengan fokus pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), penelitian ini melibatkan perancangan dan implementasi Data Entry Risk & Control Self Assessment Information Technology Audit Group, pembuatan Dashboard Monitoring User Login WONDR by BNI, serta penyusunan infografis Performance Analysis Digitalisasi dan Ketahanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data melalui format Excel yang mencakup indikator Key Process, Key Risks, Likelihood, Impact, dan efektivitas kontrol, serta pemanfaatan visualisasi dashboard untuk memonitor aktivitas pengguna aplikasi WONDR. Selain itu, analisis sentimen dari ulasan pengguna di Google Play Store dan Twitter dilakukan untuk menilai persepsi publik, dengan metode berbasis rating numerik dan Natural Language Processing (NLP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Data Entry Risk & Control Self Assessment membantu dalam identifikasi risiko dan evaluasi efektivitas kontrol internal. Dashboard Monitoring terbukti memudahkan pemantauan login pengguna secara real time dengan detail wilayah dan periode. Infografis digitalisasi menegaskan keberhasilan BNI mempertahankan momentum positif melalui transformasi digital. Analisis sentimen memperlihatkan kecenderungan ulasan positif di Google Play Store, sementara di Twitter ditemukan variasi sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral.

Higher education institutions, as an integral part of the national education system, play a crucial role in the development of human resources through educational, research, and community service activities. This study aims to contribute to the development of technology-based audit systems, particularly in supporting the effectiveness of internal control in the banking sector. Focusing on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), this research involves the design and implementation of the Data Entry Risk & Control Self Assessment Information Technology Audit Group, the creation of the Dashboard Monitoring User Login WONDR by BNI, and the preparation of the infographic on Performance Analysis of Digitalization and Resilience. The study uses a data analysis approach through an Excel format that includes indicators such as Key Process, Key Risks, Likelihood, Impact, and control effectiveness, along with the use of a dashboard visualization for monitoring user activity on the WONDR application. Additionally, sentiment analysis of user reviews from Google Play Store and Twitter was conducted to assess public perception, using methods based on numeric ratings and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The research findings show that the application of the Data Entry Risk & Control Self Assessment helps in risk identification and the evaluation of internal control effectiveness. The Monitoring Dashboard proved to facilitate real-time tracking of user logins with detailed information on region and period. The infographic on digitalization highlights BNI's success in maintaining a positive momentum through digital transformation. Sentiment analysis revealed a tendency for positive reviews on Google Play Store, while on Twitter, a variety of positive, negative, and neutral sentiments were found.
