Abstract

KM. Express bahari merupakan kapal yang digunakan oleh penumpang untuk menyeberang Gresik-bawean. Kepuasan penumpang terhadap kinerja kapal sangat diperlukan untuk merijaga kualitas dari pelayanan kapal. Penelitian ini mengambil responden penumpang kapal KM. Expres Bahari Gresik-Bawean. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik penumpang dengan menggunakan pie chart, bar chart, dan statistika deskriptif. dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan penumpang dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius dan IKM Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa penumpang yang lebih banyak berjenis kelamin laki-laki, usia paling banyak 21-35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir SMA/ Sederajat, pekerjaan penumpang yang mempunyai frekuensi terbesar adalah sebagai Pekerja Swasta. penumpang kebanyakan naik kapal 1-3 kali selama sebulan terakhir, Transportasi yang digunakan penumpang untuk menuju pelabuhan paling banyak menggunakan sepeda motor, sedangkan tujuan berlayar yang paling banyak adalah untuk pulang. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius penumpang merasa cukup puas pada variabel reliability, Assurance, emphaty, dan tangibles, sedangkan untuk variable responsiveness tidak puas. Berdasarkan nilai IKM penumpang cukup puas terhadap kinerja KM. Express Bahari

KM. Express Bahari is a ship used by passengers to cross Gresik-Bawean. Passenger satisfaction with the performance of the ship is very necessary to maintain the quality of the ship's service. This study took respondents from passengers of the KM. Express Bahari Gresik-Bawean ship. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of passengers using pie charts, bar charts, and descriptive statistics. and analyze the level of passenger satisfaction using a Cartesian diagram and IKM Based on the analysis results, it is known that most passengers are male, most are aged 21-35 years, the last education is high school / equivalent, the passenger occupation with the highest frequency is as a Private Worker. Most passengers boarded the ship 1-3 times during the last month, the transportation used by passengers to get to the port is mostly by motorbike, while the most common sailing purpose is to go home. Based on the Cartesian diagram, passengers feel quite satisfied with the variables of reliability, Assurance, empathy, and tangibles, while for the variable responsiveness are not satisfied. Based on the IKM value, passengers are quite satisfied with the performance of KM. Express Bahari
