Abstract

Sejak revolusi industri 4.0 perubahan kegiatan manusia berubah sedikit demi sedikit. Pengaruh perkembangan digitalisasi dari revolusi industri 4.0 membuat banyak kegiatan manusia menjadi lebih mudah tanpa mengenal batasan jarak dan waktu. Banyak kegiatan yang dapat dikerjakan dari ruang ruang virtual. Hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan penggunaan ruang fisik. banyak ruang-ruang publik khususnya di daerah Jakarta yang mengalami kekosongan. Arsitektur adaptif dengan teori fleksibilitas ruangnya dapat menjadi jawaban agar tidak terjadi keterbengkalaian ruang fisik di perkembangan era digital ini. Namun, masalah yang biasanya terjadi pada bangunan adaptif adalah ketidakseimbangan antar fungsi. Kebutuhan, sense, atau sistem menjadi timpang disatu sisi. Banyak hal yang harus dilakukan untuk mebuat keseimbangan antar fungsi dalam satu bangunan. Berbagai hal tersebut adalah, penentuan jenis adaptifitas, system adaptifitas, penentuan berbagai fungsi, penentuan metode rancang, penentuan teori pendukung, rancang, penentuan kriteria rancang, dan lain sebagainya. Pemilihan trans-programming sebagai pendekatan dinilai dapat membantu keseimbangan antar program. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari proposal ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah ruang public yang fleksibel, sehingga masih efektif digunakan di era digitalisasi. Aspek arsitektural dan sistem banguan ini akan dirancang memiliki keseimbangan antar fungsi bangunan adaptif.

Since industrial revolution 4.0, human activities have gradually changed. The influence of the development of digitalization from the industrial revolution 4.0 has made many human activities easier without knowing the limitations of distance and time. Many activities can be done from virtual spaces. The result is a decrease in the use of physical space. many public spaces, especially in the Jakarta area, are empty. Adaptive architecture with the theory of space flexibility can be the answer so that there is no neglect of physical space in the development of this digital era. However, the problem that usually occurs in adaptive buildings is the imbalance between functions. Needs, senses, or systems become lame on one side. Many things must be done to create a balance between functions in one building. These are the determination of the type of adaptability, the adaptive system, the determination of various functions, the determination of the design method, the determination of the supporting theory, the design, the determination of the design criteria, and so on. The selection of trans-programming as an approach is considered to be able to help balance between programs. Thus, the purpose of this proposal is to design a public space that is flexible, so that it is still effectively used in the era of digitalization. Architectural aspects and building systems will be designed to have a balance between adaptive building functions.
