Abstract

Dashboard berperan sebagai alat visualisasi data yang efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis informasi. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya membutuhkan sistem dashboard yang modern, responsif, dan efisien untuk memantau kinerja kantor cabang. Pada kegiatan kerja praktik ini, dilakukan pengembangan frontend dan backend performance monitoring dashboard menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Fokus pengembangan terletak pada aspek pembiayaan (funding), termasuk fitur filter data berdasarkan area, cabang, dan periode, visualisasi performa cabang dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel, serta kemampuan unggah file Excel untuk memperbarui data. Proses pengembangan mencakup tahap perumusan masalah, studi literatur, analisis dan perancangan sistem, implementasi antarmuka pengguna, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dashboard yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional, serta memudahkan pengguna dalam pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan sistem.

The dashboard serves as an effective data visualization tool to support information-based decision-making. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya requires a modern, responsive, and efficient dashboard system to monitor branch office performance. In this internship project, a performance monitoring dashboard frontend and backend were developed using the Laravel framework with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The development focuses on the funding aspect, including data filtering features based on area, branch, and period, branch performance visualization in graphs and tables, as well as an Excel file upload feature for data updates. The development process involved problem formulation, literature review, system analysis and design, user interface implementation, testing, and evaluation. The evaluation results show that the developed dashboard meets all functional and non-functional requirements, making it easier for users to operate and maintain the system.
