Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengendalian suhu pada heater dalam mesin heat sealing yang digunakan dalam proses produksi baterai AMB ASSY. Proses heat sealing yang efektif sangat penting untuk memastikan kualitas penyegelan pada cover dan container, yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap performa dan keamanan baterai. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem kontrol PID heater dirancang menggunakan modul pengontrol logika terprogram (PLC) untuk mencapai pengaturan suhu yang akurat dan responsif. Dengan memanfaatkan PCB Analog to Digital sinyal suhu dari sensor dikonversi menjadi data digital yang dapat diproses untuk mengatur pemanasan secara real-time. Penelitian ini juga mencakup analisis terhadap berbagai parameter operasional seperti suhu maksimum, dan stabilitas suhu selama proses sealing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi serta kualitas penyegelan baterai, dengan kapasitas produksi yang optimal dan pengurangan risiko kegagalan produk. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan teknologi dalam industri manufaktur baterai, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam sistem otomasi industri.

This research aims to develop a temperature control system for the heater in the heat sealing machine used in the AMB ASSY battery production process. An effective heat sealing process is essential to ensure the quality of sealing on the cover and container, which has a direct effect on the sealing quality of the cover and container, which has a direct effect on battery performance and safety battery performance and safety. In this study, the heater PID control system control system was designed using a programmable logic controller (PLC) module to achieve accurate and responsive accurate and responsive temperature settings. By utilizing an Analog to Digital PCB the temperature signal from the sensor is converted into digital data that can be processed to regulate heating in real-time. This research also includes analysis of various operational parameters such as maximum temperature and temperature stability during the sealing process. Results of this study show that the proposed system is able to improve the efficiency of the production process as well as the sealing quality of the battery, with optimized optimized production capacity and reduced risk of product failure. These findings are expected to contribute significantly to the improvement of technology in the battery manufacturing industry, as well as opening up opportunities for further development in industrial automation systems.
