Abstract
Ada dua sumber utama yang paling menentukan dalam ketidakpastian yaitu kerandoman dan informasi yang tidak lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan menerapkan diagram kontrol fuzzy yang dapat menjelaskan keberadaan data fuzzy, mengingat sifat-sifat dasar variabilitas dalam observasi. Bagaimanapun, data yang tepat secara pasti tidak selalu tersedia. Kumpulan teori fuzzy dapat memenuhi proses model dimana observasi yang tidak pasti, samarsamar kurang jelas dan atau berdasarkan subjektivitas persepsi seseorang. Diagram kontrol fuzzy ini sangat bermanfaat, hasilnya akan lebih tebal dan lebih sensitif karena diagram kontrol ini ditinjau dari pendekatan tiga vektor pembentuk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kekerasan produk deodoran yang terdiri atas enam pengamatan, dan pada setiap pengamatan dilakukan tiga kah pengulangan. Tiga kali pengulangan tersebut masing-masing akan menjadi vektor pembentuk bilangan fuzzy segitiga. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa data terkontrol secara varians dan tidak terkontrol secara rata-rata

There are two main sources of uncertainty: randomness and incomplete information. The purpose of this study is to create and implement a fuzzy control chart that can explain the existence of fuzzy data, considering the basic properties of variability in observations. However, precise data is not always available. Fuzzy set theory can fulfill the modeling process where observations are uncertain, vague, unclear, and/or based on the subjectivity of one's perception. This fuzzy control chart is very useful, the results will be thicker and more sensitive because this control chart is viewed from the three-forming vector approach. The data used in this study is deodorant product hardness data consisting of six observations, and each observation is repeated three times. Each of these three repetitions will become a vector forming a triangular fuzzy number.
