Abstract

Food supplement merupakan makanan yang mengandung zat-zat gizi; yang fungsinya sebagai pelengkap kekurangan zat gizi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjaga agar vitalitas tubuh tetap prima. Di Indonesia banyak sekali beredar produk Food supplement yang menawarkan berbagai macam pilihan rasa, manfaat dan harga yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk Food supplement apa saja yang mempunyai karakteristik-karakteristik yang sama, dengan begitu konsumen dapat menentukan produk subtitusi yang sesuai dengan IJarga atau kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan food supplemen berdasarkan komposisinya menggunakan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian diper.oleh empat kelompok food supplemen yaitu kelompok pertama terdiri dari 23food supplemen yang mempunyai komposisi gizi yang lengkap dan harganya yang paling murah adalah Fatigon, kelompok kedua hanya terdiri dari supertin yang mempunyai kecondongan terhadap tembaga dan ferrum sedangkan kelompok ketiga terdiri dari nutrilite Double X Sedangkan kelompok keempat terdiri dari 5 food supplemen yang merupakan produk-produk luar negri yang beredar di Indonesia dan yang harganya paling murah adalah dan Alive.

The Food supplement is kind of food that contain nutrition and have function to complement lacking of nutrient which required to take care of body vitality fixed. In Indonesia a lot of circulating products Food supplement assorted offering different choice offlavors, price and benefit. This research aim to know what any kind of Food supplement that having same characteristics, that way consumer can determine substitution product matching with the requirement or price. This research done by the way of grouping food supplemen based on the composition with Biplot. Research result seen that food supplemen grouping m three group where for the first group consisting of 23 fobd supplemen that having nutrition composition complete and the cheapest product is Faeigon, the second group only consisting of supertin that having skewness to copper and ferrum and the third group is Nutrilite Double X and the fourth group consisting of 6 food supplemen which is products from exsternal country that circulating in marketing of Indonesia and the cheapest product Is Alive.
