The animal market is a place for buying and selling animals. The animal market is a place where farmers sell their livestock in the hope of making a profit from raising livestock for a certain period of time. The operating time of the animal market is mostly only done within a few days a week. However, there are also some quite large animal markets that operate every day like traditional markets in general. PASTY is the center of the animal and ornamental plant market, which the Yogyakarta City Trade Office aims to facilitate sellers by providing a place for buying and selling animals located in the city center. PASTY has its own uniqueness and historical value, however, with the development of the times, PASTY needs new innovations that can maintain its existence in strengthening the image of the region and increasing its function as a means of turning the regional economy. Departing from the problem of the role of shopping centers and their relation to economic growth and regional image problems, PASTY requires revitalization or revitalization efforts by using the concept of educational tourism as a support for the success of the revitalization efforts. It is hoped that PASTY can become a regional shopping center that can be enjoyed by all levels of society and supports the trade sector of the city of Yogyakarta.
