Abstract

Dashboard merupakan salah satu alat visualisasi data yang berperan penting dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. (BSI) Region Office VIII Surabaya berencana membangun system dashboard modern, responsif, dan efisien untuk memantau performa kinerja tiap area dan kantor cabang. Laporan kerja praktik ini membahas proses perancangan dan implementasi backend untuk sistem dashboard kinerja dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja Laravel yang menerapkan pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Fokus utama pengembangan berada pada aspek pembiayaan (funding) yang meliputi penyediaan fitur filter data berdasarkan area, cabang, dan periode, penyajian visualisasi performa cabang dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel, dan fitur unggah file Excel untuk memperbarui data harian. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, studi literatur, analisis dan perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dashboard yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional maupun non-fungsional, serta mampu meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya.

A dashboard is one of the essential data visualization tools that plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. (BSI) Region Office VIII Surabaya plans to build a modern, responsive, and efficient dashboard system to monitor performance across different areas and branch offices. This internship report discusses the design and implementation process of the backend for a performance dashboard system by utilizing the Laravel framework, which adopts the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture pattern. The main development focus lies in the funding aspect, which includes providing data filtering features based on area, branch, and period; presenting branch performance visualizations in the form of charts and tables; and an Excel file upload feature to update daily data. The methodology used in the development includes user requirements identification, literature study, system analysis and design, implementation, as well as testing and evaluation. The test results show that the developed dashboard system meets both functional and non-functional requirements and is capable of improving monitoring efficiency and decision-making within BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya.
