Abstract

Untuk kapal - kapal ikan kecil masih sering menggunakan sistem kelistrikan yang tidak berdasarkan ketentuan marine melainkan berdasarkan sistem kelistrikan di darat. Padahal hal ini dapat menyebabkan sistem kelistrikan berjalan tidak optimal. Diadakannya evaluasi sistem kelistrikan pada kapal ikan 30 GT KM. Baruna ini guna mengetahui apakah sistem kelistrikannya sudah sesuai dengan standar marine atau belum. Sehingga nantinya dapat diberikan masukkan bagaimana cara meningkatkan agar sistem kelistrikan yang sudah ada dapat memenuhi standar marine. Evaluasi disini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa data yang di dapat dan membandingkannya dengan desain yang ada. Hal ini meliputi kebutuhan penerangan, besarnya kebutuhan daya, pemilihan spesifikasi kabel, dan penginstalasiannya. Sebagai hasil diperoleh bahwa, sistem kelistrikan pada kapal KM. Baruna ini belum sesuai dengan standar marine sepenuhnya ini terlihat dari kurang ekonomisnya generator yang tersedia karena load faktornya 11.2 untuk kondisi meninggalkan pelabuhan, 72 % kondisi di fishing ground, 28 % pada kondisi sandar, dan 28 % pada kondisi bongkar muat. &harusnya nilai loadfaktor berkisar antara 50%-86% untuk semua kondisi. Masih digunakan kabel darat (tipe NYY dan NYYHrd) untuk sistem distribusinya. &hingga perlu adanya penambahan isolasi seperti silikon rubber atau pipa galvanis untuk melindungi kabel dari kondisi lingkungan laut dan gangguan mekanis. Instalasi kabelnya langsung menempel pada dinding kapal. Seharunya kabel dipasang pada cable way selain mencegah kontak langsung dengan dinding kapal tapi juga dapat berfungsi untuk melindungi kabel dari gangguan mekanis

Small fishing vessels often use electrical systems that are not based on marine regulations but rather based on land-based electrical systems. However, this can cause the electrical system to run suboptimally. An evaluation of the electrical system on the 30 GT fishing vessel KM. Baruna was conducted to determine whether the electrical system was in accordance with marine standards or not. So that later input can be provided on how to improve the existing electrical system to meet marine standards. The evaluation here was carried out by analyzing the data obtained and comparing it with the existing design. This includes lighting requirements, the amount of power requirements, cable specification selection, and installation. As a result, it was obtained that the electrical system on the KM. Baruna vessel did not fully comply with marine standards. This was seen from the lack of economy of the available generator because the load factor was 11.2 for conditions leaving the port, 72% conditions at the fishing ground, 28% when moored, and 28% when loading and unloading. The load factor value should range from 50% - 86% for all conditions. Land cables (type NYY and NYYHrd) are still used for the distribution system. Therefore, additional insulation such as silicone rubber or galvanized pipe is needed to protect the cables from marine environmental conditions and mechanical disturbances. The cable installation is directly attached to the ship's wall. The cable should be installed on a cable way, not only to prevent direct contact with the ship's wall but also to protect the cable from mechanical disturbances
