Abstract
Studi ini menyajikan pemiJihan lokasi Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) untuk proses distribusi LNG dari Ladang Tangguh ke Bali. FSRU merupakan altematif pengganti LNG receiving terminal di darat yang tidak mungkin dibangun. mengingat Bali sebagai pusat pariwisata. Pada pemilihan lokasi melibatkan kriteria kualitatif dan kuantitatif maka dignnakan metode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Untuk kriteria kualitatif dicari relative weight dengan metode Analitik Hierarki Proses (AHP), dari nilai relative weight kemudian dihitung normalize relative weight, basic probability assigment dan total probability assigment sampai mendapatkan nilai preference degree dari kriteria kualitatif. Selanjutnya menggabungkannya dengan nilai preforence degree dari kriteria kuantitatif dan merangkingnya dengan metode entrophy, altematif lokasi yang terpilih adalah altematif dengan nilai entrophy tertinggi. Setelah mendapatkan lokasi maka dapat dianalisa sistem penambatan FSRU yang cocok pada lokasi tersebut

This study presents the selection of the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) location for the LNG distribution process from the Tangguh Field to Bali. FSRU is an alternative to replace the onshore LNG receiving terminal that is impossible to build, considering Bali as a tourism center. In the location selection involving qualitative and quantitative criteria, the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method is used. For qualitative criteria, the relative weight is sought using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, from the relative weight value, then the normalized relative weight, basic probability assignment and total probability assignment are calculated to obtain the preference degree value from the qualitative criteria. Then, it is combined with the preference degree value from the quantitative criteria and ranked using the entrophy method, the selected location alternative is the alternative with the highest entrophy value. After obtaining the location, the FSRU mooring system that is suitable for that location can be analyzed
