Abstract
Pembangunan Pelabuhan Bias Munjul di Nusa Ceningan diharapkan mampu untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan diharapkan untuk bisa meningkatkan pariwisata di kedua pulau. Pembangunan pelabuhan tidak bisa dilakukan sembarangan. Semua sumber daya yang dilibatkan harus diatur sedemikian rupa, sehingga tidak menimbulkan masalah yang tidak diinginkan. Perencanaan untuk pembangunan pelabuhan harus dilakukan dengan teliti sehingga tidak menimbulkan keterlambatan. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan metode critical path method dan metode critical chain project management. Hasil penjadwalan dari kedua metode kemudian akan dibandingkan sehingga dapat diketahui metode mana yang menghasilkan jadwal serta biaya yang lebih efektif. Pada penelitian ini digunakan software Oracle Primavera P6 untuk membantu memvalidasi penjadwalan secara manual. Hasil penjadwalan metode CPM menghasilkan durasi selama 162 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp8,842,348,614.00. Sedangkan dengan metode CCPM, didapatkan hasil perhitungan durasi total selama 135.5 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp7,079,164,206.00. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode CCPM menghasilkan durasi penjadwalan 16% lebih cepat dengan biaya 21% lebih kecil daripada metode CPM.

The construction of the Munjul Bias Port in Nusa Ceningan is expected to be able to overcome these problems and is expected to increase tourism on the two islands. Port development cannot be done haphazardly. All resources involved must be managed in such a way that they do not cause unwanted problems. Planning for port development must be carried out carefully so as not to cause delays. In this study, scheduling will be carried out using the critical path method and the critical chain project management method. The results of the scheduling of the two methods will then be compared so that it can be seen which method produces a more effective schedule and cost. In this study, Oracle Primavera P6 software was used to help validate the scheduling manually. The results of scheduling the CPM method produce a duration of 162 days at a cost of Rp. 8,842,348,614.00. Meanwhile, with the CCPM method, the results of the calculation of the total duration are 135.5 days at a cost of Rp. 7,079,164,206.00. These results indicate that the CCPM method produces 16% faster scheduling duration with 21% less cost than the CPM method.
