Abstract
myITS Office adalah sebuah modul dari myITS yang berfungsi untuk mengirimkan dan menerima surat internal ITS. myITS Office membantu seluruh civitas akademik Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dalam pengiriman dan pendistribusian surat, disposisi, dan tembusan. Dikarenakan modul myITS Office memiliki peran yang penting dalam kebutuhan internal ITS, maka aplikasi mobile menjadi solusi yang menjawab keperluan diatas. Sebelumnya, sudah ada sistem eksisting myITS Office yang sudah terimplementasi dalam sistem operasi Android, tetapi masih memiliki kekurangan dalam antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pembaruan antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna dalam aplikasi mobile myITS Office supaya aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan tepat. Tugas Akhir ini berhasil mengimplementasikan pembaruan antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna dalam bentuk aplikasi baru berbasis mobile myITS Office. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan dan fungsi dari aplikasi yang lama sudah dapat terimplementasikan dengan baik pada aplikasi yang baru, dan telah sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang ada.

myITS Office is a module from myITS system that provides services for sending and receiving internal mail in ITS. myITS Office helps all civitas academica of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in the delivery and distribution of mail, disposition, and copies. Because of the important aspect myITS Office has on the ITS internal system, a mobile application was a solution to the problem stated before. myITS Office already has an existing mobile application readily available and implemented in the Android platform, but it needs to be improved in the user interface and the user experience side. Therefore, a refresh on the user interface and experience is needed so that the application can be used correctly and easily. This Final Project successfully implements the refresh the application needed in a form of a new myITS Office mobile application. Results from the tests show that the existing user needs and existing application function already implemented well on the new application, and already sufficient for current business process.
