Abstract

Peranan perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik atau third party logistic/3PL dalam suatu rantai pasok barang atau jasa semakin meningkat diiringi oleh pertumbuhan perekonomian, perluasan kapasitas usaha dan kompetisi yang semakin ketat pada dunia industri. Beberapa ukuran kinerja penting digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimum dari nilai tambah ekonomi perusahaan, kesalahan penetapan prioritas kinerja dan hasil pengukuran yang salah bisa menyebabkan kerugian yang fatal terhadap perusahaan, khususnya PT Varia Usaha (Silog) sebagai salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengukuran Balance Scorecard (BSC) dan teknik pembobotan kriteria Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam tahapan penyusunan dan pengukuran kinerja proses logistik. Kombinasi dari dua hal ini terbukti memberikan hasil konsistensi yang cukup baik dari pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap data kuesioner yang digunakan. Dan hasilnya adalah indikator kinerja unggul yang memiliki bobot terbesar untuk setiap perspektif yaitu Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Net Profit Margin (NPM) dengan bobot global 14.35% pada aspek finansial. Dan untuk aspek pelanggan, internal proses dan pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan berturut-turut diberikan oleh KPI Defect and Reject Product dengan 5.47%, Vehicle Availability dengan 2.69% dan Working Hour dengan 1.61%.

The role of logistics service providers or third party logistics/3PL in a supply chain of goods or services is increasing accompanied by economic growth, expansion of business capacity and increasingly fierce competition in the industrial world. Several important performance measures are used to get maximum results from the company's added economic value, errors in setting performance priorities and incorrect measurement results can cause fatal losses to the company, especially PT Varia Usaha (Silog) as a logistics service provider company. The researcher used the Balance Scorecard (BSC) measurement method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) criteria weighting technique in the stages of preparing and measuring the performance of the logistics process. The combination of these two things is proven to provide fairly good consistency results from the tests carried out on the questionnaire data used. And the result is a superior performance indicator that has the largest weight for each perspective, namely the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Net Profit Margin (NPM) with a global weight of 14.35% on the financial aspect. And for the customer aspect, internal processes and learning & growth are given by KPI Defect and Reject Product with 5.47%, Vehicle Availability with 2.69% and Working Hour with 1.61%.
